The landlord is very friendly. He gave us lots of tips on places to visit, as he knows his way around the Silbertal valley like the back of his hand. We will be back

Beautiful house, nice landlord. Everything was fine.

We were there for it the second time but now in summer, then the house is fantastic you can sit outside.

Great holiday flat, really very nice landlords. Great location, right at the end of the valley - absolute quiet from about 8pm to 7am.

It has been a wonderful holiday. There was plenty of room for two families in the large flat. One double room had its own small bathroom, which was great. We felt very comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful. We didn't want for anything, it was perfect for us.

Cosy flat in a family environment, partly outdated. Nevertheless, everything is functional. Dishwasher small for the possible number of guests. The various balconies are ingenious and invite you to sunbathe. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are ideal for families. The icing on the cake is the small sauna 😍 In addition, the landlords take very nice care and spoil us with nice attentions! We will be happy to come back!

This budget accommodation completely met our expectations. The spacious rooms were well furnished and everything was very clean. The extraordinarily friendly landlords also contributed to our sense of well-being.

Beautiful authentic Austrian-style house. With spacious bedrooms

We, a family of 5, children 7, 14, 16 enjoyed a super week in a TOP CLEAN, lovingly prepared, spacious flat. Every evening, we as parents were allowed to relax in the sauna and cool down on one of the 3(!) balconies. The hosts are very sympathetic, open but also discreet and we felt very well taken care of!!!! We will gladly come again and thank the hosts once more for the complete service, the many towels and tips!!!!!

Our third holiday at Landhaus Barbara was again very, very pleasant, the warm welcome, the cosy rooms, relaxation in the sauna.... Simply everything was perfect.
