This authentic chalet in central Kirchberg is within walking distance of lifts, restaurants and après-ski. 400 years old, carefully restored 2010/2016 while retaining primal elements and modern comforts. Ideal for families/friends, with privacy and sauna. Children can play safely in spacious garden. South-facing sun terrace has garden furniture and lounge set, perfect for relaxing with wine or beer
There is an electric car charging point 200 metres from the chalet.
Among winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet is very popular. This is because the nearby Fleckalmbahn will not take you to just any piste but to the second largest ski area in all of Europe! From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres).
In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. With over 500 kilometres of well-signposted hiking trails, you will make the most beautiful walks here. Several golf courses can be found within a 30 km radius. Mountain bikers enjoy all the beautiful trails and surprising tours here

Ruim huis, goed warm te stoken, fijne bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, goede locatie. Huis heeft onderhoud nodig!
Authentic property,neat,spacious location fine!
Beautiful chalet right by the station with lots of space and good facilities! We spent a great week there with 7 adults, 2 teens, 2 babies and a pet. It is not as newly furnished as in the pictures, but everything is in really good condition and there is enough crockery, cooking utensils etc.. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out.
Super big house with a beautiful terrace, parasols and sunbeds wouldn't want to go home.

Heel ruim huis op goede locatie vlakbij centrum Kirchberg. Parkeerplaats voor 4 auto' s direct naast het huis. Fijne sfeer en goed warm te stoken. Fijne bedden, veel borden, glazen en andere keukenbenodigdheden.
The house is very nice. Centrally located: short distances to the town centre, bakery, train station, etc.. And it is fully equipped. There is no lack of crockery as in some apartments. The garden is accessible from the side and not directly from the terrace, which may be interesting for dog owners or families with small children. House has small traces of use which is obvious after the number of years since the renovation. We don't mind - will gladly come again!
