Last week we enjoyed a lot with our family in this spacious and quiet apartment. The apartment on the ground floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, living room with spacious open kitchen and bathroom with bath and separate shower. It is located just outside Fiss, but with the ski bus stop less than 100 m away, you are the first to get on and with only 2 stops you will be at the lifts in no time. WiFi is unfortunately not ok. That shouldn't be so bad in this day and age. For those who do not attach much value to this apartment, this apartment is highly recommended! Family Van der Vlugt

Het was een mooi huis met vloerverwarming wat zorgde voor een heel fijne temperatuur in het huis. Fijne woonkamer met goed ingerichte keuken( oven, magnetron, afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat). Twee mooie slaapkamers en een heel ruime badkamer. De dame was heel aardig en regelde elke ochtend verse broodjes. Door de lockers bij het dalstation hoefde je niet te zeulen elke dag met je ski's en kon je op normaal schoeisel naar het dalstation. De skibus stopte om de hoek en bracht je in 4 minuten naar het dalstation.

A fantastic and complete apartment. A very friendly and helpful apartment owner. Good free WIFI and the ski bus almost in front of the door that takes you to the gondola in a few minutes in the most beautiful ski area in Austria.

Beautiful modern apartment with a practical layout and ideal dimensions for a stay with 4 people. We appreciate it if an apartment has a comfortable sitting area in addition to a dining area! Spacious bathroom with toilet, comfortable shower cubicle and a bath. Everything was very neat and clean. The friendly owner lives above, who also provides bread service. We were on the bottom floor. The advantage of this is that you do not have to climb stairs. Only drawback is that there is no outside seating space. We were allowed to use the terrace of the owner on the first floor. The Super.Sommer.Card that you get with your stay (with which you can use all cable cars in Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis and the hiking bus for free) is very nice. One point of criticism: we found the cleaning costs of 140 euros disproportionate, because the apartment is not very large.

For the tenth year in Fiss and the second time in this apartment. We immediately booked again for 2021. Perfect and complete apartment with a very friendly owner who is very helpful with everything. The WiFi could be better.

An enthusiastic and nice owner who is always ready. The ski bus stops a 2-minute walk away. It is a beautiful house, very spacious with a large (sleeping) couch, good beds and many usable kitchen items. Every day the waste bins are emptied and we were given clean towels mid-week. The bread service was top. An absolute must.

Conveniently located, near the village of Fiss. Distance is good to walk and there is a ski bus. Apartment is spacious. Is quiet. Unfortunately the wifi is very bad. App was very clean and plenty of everything available. Oven was broken and also not made. Was unfortunate. And the pillows were way too soft.
