Holiday Home Birkheim

Chalet Birkheim is a great chalet with stunning views over the Alpbachtal ! The chalet is nice and spacious inside and all facilities are available. You have your own parking space. The bedroom has box-spring beds, these sleep wonderfully ! Around the chalet are spacious balconies where you can sit and relax. From the chalet are several hiking trails ! We went especially for the almabtrieb, at the end of September the cows come back to the valley and it's a big party then ! ( Reith in Alpbachtal). Next to the chalet is the Zirmalm, here you can eat great ! We went to a Tyrolean evening there, great ! Barbara is a great hostess !

House Birkheim is beautifully located. 180-degree views of the mountains and Inneralpbach. Stands on a quiet road so there is little traffic. The adjacent restaurant provides bread service. Perfectly arranged. The Alpbachtal is a very beautiful valley with lots of hiking and cycling possibilities. With the Albachtal-Card, public transport and lifts are free. this makes it easy to get around in the valley without using the car.

We had a wonderful week's holiday in a beautiful holiday home with a fantastic view with a very nice hostess. Thank you Barbara, we can well imagine booking the house again.

Birkhaim is beutifull. Our stayed was wonderfull. The owner Mrs Barbara is very friendly and helpfull.

Barbara is a very nice and pleasant hostess, everyone felt very comfortable in this great house. The rooms are very spacious, the living room is super nice and smells of Swiss stone pine. The opportunity to buy bread rolls in the neighbouring Zirmalm was also very good.

Sehr schoenes Chalet mit tollem Blick in die Berge und viel Platz. Wir haben uns mit 7 Leuten dort sehr wohl gefuehlt. Der Einstieg ins Skigebiet ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

Very nice accommodation. Lovingly renovated and yet traditional. The communal room served us well every evening and made for sociable evenings after skiing. The piste can be reached either via the road or via a steeper, but more direct path past the church (approx. 5 min walk). The path is not quite as easy to walk in ski boots, which is why our group only partly walked to the piste. Overall, the accommodation was really great and our stay was fantastic. Barbara is also a very nice hostess. We would absolutely recommend her!

It was a wonderfull and very clean house and a very friendly owner - we can highly recommend this place.

Wonderful house to feel at home in

It was a wonderful autumn holiday. The house was perfect for me and 4 kids. The view of the valley was an absolute dream at all times. In the morning we were woken up by the bells of the cows. Breakfast was served in the beautiful kitchen, then we went hiking and one day we went to the Zillertal thermal baths. In the evenings, we did handicrafts, sat and told stories in the beautiful parlour. The beds were super comfortable. Only maybe a washing machine for longer stays would be great. We got fresh bread rolls every morning from the neighbouring mountain pasture. Thank you very much for letting us spend such a good time in this beautiful house.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Barbara was always approachable and took good care of us. The Alpbach Valley is worth a trip. Many beautiful hikes can be started from the house.

Barbara is a wonderful hostess. We were warmly welcomed and the Alpbach maps were ready for us on the kitchen table so that we could start our holiday straight away. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a great area. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom has been completely renovated and the kitchen is well equipped. A cosy living room and a terrace in front of the kitchen invite you to spend pleasant hours.

Very nice house in a great location with a warm landlady. Functional but very comfortably furnished. Beautiful view from every room, the best beds we have ever had and very nicely taken care of with bread service and restaurant in the neighbourhood, so we lacked nothing. We will definitely keep this house in mind as a holiday accommodation. Absolutely recommendable! Thank you very much for the wonderful days!
