Description
This beautifully furnished semi-detached Lodge sleeps ten people and is in a beautiful location on the Turracher Hohe. Its central location is ideal for walking to several facilities, such as restaurants and the Turracher See. The ski bus stops right outside the door. The house is quietly located in a dead-end street and offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains from the terrace and living room. The interior is very luxurious, including an open fireplace, a sauna and a patio heater
Turracher Höhe is located on the border of the well-known federal states of Salzburg, Styria and Carinthia. Its high altitude makes it a very snow-sure area; skiing is possible from early December to early May. The wide slopes and fast comfortable lifts make this a great ski area for the whole family. There is also a fun park. Thanks to the large amounts of snow on Turracher Höhe, it is often possible to ski right down to the Lodge or to the slopes. A ski in ski out, then, with the ski bus stop (Nocky expres) on your doorstep. Prefer not to ski for a day? On the Turracher Höhe you can also enjoy beautiful cross-country skiing, winter hiking, sledging and ice skating on the frozen Turrach See. The pure nature and wide range of sporting activities makes the Turracher Höhe a versatile holiday destination in the summer months too. There is plenty to do for young and old alike. Especially for families, the area organises many activities such as themed walks, treasure hunts. There is a bike park, there is the famous Alpine roller coaster 'Nocky Flitzer', you can pedal on the Turracher See. Pure tranquillity is what you will find once you put on your hiking boots. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby golf courses. The large nearby Nockberge nature reserve is definitely worth a visit

We found it very pleasant, beautiful, clean and very nice house to stay in! Highly recommended! And the sauna on top! The 10 of us really enjoyed a fantastic week in and around the house. The house is equipped with everything and the surroundings are insane.
We had two great summer weeks at the Ibex lodge. It is a well-located base for, among other things, lots of nice walks in the local area or swimming in super nice lakes. It is also very cosy in the well-equipped lodge itself, equipped with all comforts. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the valley, which were extra visible from one of the two covered terraces!
We felt completely at ease. Everything was clean and we will definitely be back.
We had a great stay and didn't miss anything. We would love to come back.
Türracher hohë is a fantastic area, the Lodge is fully equipped, we had a very nice stay! Only downside was that we couldn't all take a shower after skiing, the water was quickly cold, we thought this was wrong economy the boiler was only set to 40 degrees and couldn't be warmer... fine that green thinking is going on. But you pay a lot of money for it, so you should just be able to shower all 10 and not have to wait until the next day.

Very clean, new kitchen sponge. Clean beds, everything really top! Kitchen rolls there, toilet paper there, enough kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc.
The house is big, clean and almost everything is there. You have to get firewood yourself beforehand. We did not know that. Shopping facilities very close by. Bring your own fragrance for the sauna. Too expensive from the local pharmacy.
Highly recommended. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The view is wonderful.

Fantastic, beautiful lodge, very high quality in almost all aspects. However, you need a car if you plan to see a lot. Otherwise there are lakes and hiking trails and of course beautiful peaks nearby.
