Haus Elau

Beautiful house. Highly recommended!

The stay at Haus Elau was perfect for us. Even a defect in one part of the heating electronics was rectified as quickly as possible. There was also a small appreciative compensation.

We had a lovely family holiday at Haus Elau. The accommodation was clean and very smartly furnished. There was enough space for everyone (6 adults, 4 children dog). The large dining area and a total of three toilets were particularly good. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen. Tip: there is a capsule coffee machine. We had packed a normal filter machine. Points deducted for the location: shopping facilities a little further away. A nice restaurant would also have been great.

Third time there and booked again for next year! Fantastic.

We (4 adults, 5 children) had a great stay at Haus Elau over New Year's Eve. Nothing is missing here. Arrive and enjoy😊

A very cosy cottage with sauna. Very clean, the reception was great. Had nothing to complain about.

After our arrival, someone came to give us the key. There was a short briefing and then we explored the house. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dust and dog hair everywhere. There was a container to catch water under a sink on the first floor. Some defects were reported. Photos were taken. But nothing was done. The entrance and exit is a disaster. You have to reverse for 50 metres and then turn around. If there are cars there, it is a problem to get out. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the house. The sauna is great but that's about it. The best thing is the power distribution in the laundry room. 3 standard three-socket power outlets. Electric heaters were connected to them. All in all, this house was not worth € 3300. We will not book again.

Brand new accommodation located 1km from the ski slopes. The house has all the necessary equipment and was the perfect choice for 8 people. The interior design is very sophisticated, the parking space is designed for two cars. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are very spacious and the rooms upstairs are quiet. There was construction going on next door, but this did not bother us.

The house is simply said - fantastic! We rent many places and had also our own rental, and that house was one of the best we have ever seen. Traditional Austrian style combined with modernity, latest technology, and facilities that give you a 5-star experience. The kitchen was top-notch, the rooms, beds excellent, and the sauna with direct access to the outside a dream. Support service was excellent and all easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much and surely will come back as soon as possible.
