The cleanliness of the flat was poor. Windows, especially the lower lists of the sliding windows were very dirty. The heating ducts in the floor also contained dust and dirt from many weeks. Spiders between cupboards and wall corners; limescale stains in the bathroom on the tiles (I got rid of them with some lemon); absolutely filthy filter of the extractor bonnet (no more extractor - we cleaned it); blocked exhaust air filters in the bathrooms (also cleaned so that we had ventilation there); dirt/dust behind/under the sofa or other furniture; dishwasher was not empty on arrival. In addition, some things could be replaced - first of all the toilet lids!!!! They are broken and discoloured. The exterior plaster is crumbling from the wall in some places. The motion detector of the outside light is exposed. The cushions for the patio chairs are discoloured..... There is a wasp nest under the plaster edge outside the front bedroom, so it was impossible to eat outside.

Very nice flat. Great view. The terrace is great, especially in summer. Playground is within walking distance, therefore also well suited for small children. However, you need a car for shopping etc. Minor blemishes in the flat are not too bad, but present. The kitchen is very well equipped, including induction hob, but only has a microwave with grill function. We had a great holiday here in June 2024.

Beautiful house with stunning views, clean and feels very spacious with 8 people. Lovely central location. Ideal is the part storage for ski boots and skis. Only drawback we found the room with 2 bunk beds, are in the middle of the house, no ventilation and a very hot loft.

Beautiful flat with unique views

Fine accommodation and great views. We had some questions for the owner/manager but despite several calls and apps, the question was not answered. Only another message that we did have to leave by 10am on Saturday.
