Modern holiday home with sauna

This fine chalet offers 2 accommodations of which this is the largest. The accommodation is located on the first floor and features a cosy living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and on the spacious roof terrace you can have breakfast amidst the magical mountain scenery. Parking is available at the property, and a cot and high chair are also available on request. Relaxation and comfort in the mountains!
Are you a real winter sports lover? Then you've come to the right place. Just 100 metres from the chalet you will find a ski bus stop and from Saalbach several lifts leave for the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which has over 270 kilometres of slopes.
In summer, you will take the most beautiful walks through the centre of Saalbach, about 1.2 km from the chalet. Get your daily groceries at the supermarket 1 km away, but an evening out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants (nearest at 400 m walk) is also a possibility

Everything is great, except that it is very warm in the flat! The heating pipes are laid throughout the house and it seems to me that they are not insulated!
Clean, spacious flat, unfortunately very limited basic equipment in terms of toiletries and kitchen utensils
The place is very nice, is silence and close to the gondola. Will come back.
We were in the 14-bed flat on the middle floor with 6 people. It is a nice flat with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living room with kitchen and 2 spacious balconies. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa and another sofa and large smart TV (with, among other things, shortcut to Netflix). The kitchen can seat up to 10 people at the large table. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, 2 (combi) ovens, filter coffee maker and fridge with small freezer compartment. There are enough plates, cutlery, pans, cups and glasses. We did miss some everyday things like a kettle, scissors, bottle opener, cheese slicer, coasters, peeler etc. Fortunately, we had all these in our camping equipment as we had been camping for 2 weeks before this. The beds sleep very well and the bathrooms are also clean and the showers very pleasant. We did find it very hot, as the heating pipes apparently run under the floor. But all radiators were off and the floor glowed day and night. From your balcony you overlook the mountain. You don't hear the busy road if you close windows and doors and it is quiet at night. About 1 km away is the supermarket Billa, about 150 metres walk away is the car park. So you are not allowed to park at the chalet, so you have to take into account that (in any weather) you do have to walk a bit all the time. You unfortunately do not get a Joker card (discount card) at this house but there is a lot to see and do in the immediate vicinity. Like the beautiful Thun Klamm in Kaprun, Wildpark Ferleiten, swimming pool Käptn Hook in Saalbach or the Baumzipfelweg past Hinterglemm. Enthusiasts can also enjoy the sauna found on the ground floor. All in all, I definitely recommend this flat for a week in summer or winter.
