Luxury chalet with private wellness
Piesendorf, Salzburgerland, Austria
This beautiful chalet (semi-detached) is quiet yet centrally located. You will stay in the left wing, which has its own relaxation area with Finnish sauna. The interior with lots of wood and contemporary comfort makes you feel immediately welcome. From the spacious living room with open kitchen you have access to the garden with views over the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the balcony you can end the day in style with a cup of tea. Delicious!
Its location is perfect for both winter and summer enthusiasts. You will find no fewer than 8 ski resorts within 30 minutes' travel from the residence, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. The nearest ski bus leaves as early as 400 metres from the chalet.
In summer, you'll find a swimming pool no more than a 1-minute walk away, and the Tauern Radweg starts right outside the door. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you will take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains.

Tauern Lodge XL is a fantastic house, fully equipped. There are lots of sleeping places, three bathrooms. There is 1 very spacious bedroom with balcony and bathroom on the 1st floor. There is also an attic with several more beds. (a bit of a climb, steep stairs) Further on the 1st floor, 2 more small bedrooms (1 double and 1 quadruple, with bunk beds), a separate bathroom. On the ground floor is another small double bedroom with bathroom. A separate toilet in the hallway. In the basement, besides the laundry room, there is also a sauna with shower and toilet and a room where you can store your skis, etc. Kitchen great, lots of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Induction cooking ideal. The living room is not very big, but fine for us (6 people), a lovely hanging sofa and 2 nice chairs. There is a huge dining table. Also ideal for playing games at. The terrace has a barbecue, tables, chairs. Magnificent view. Local train stop 3 minutes' walk away. You can go to Zell am See or Krimml with this little train. Swimming pool 5 minutes' walk away.
Very nice and modern house in pleasant surroundings.
Very relaxed. The handover(s) worked very well. The house is excellently equipped. We immediately felt at home.
