The stay is fine. Beautiful apartment. The environment is really great. We have 1 minus. It is mentioned that the laundry linen is included. But it is not mentioned that it concerns only 2 towels per person with a stay of 14 days. If you want more you have to pay 2.50 euros for a small towel or 3.50 for a large towel. We think you should better mention this on your website.

The apartment was perfect for our long weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. There was a lack of little things in the kitchen, but these are not worth mentioning. The gondola was right next to the building and was great for a trip, so the overall experience was perfect.

The reception was excellent. We were welcomed by Katja and although we were almost an hour early, we were able to enter our apartment. The lobby looked very neat. There was a garage under the accommodation and from there you can go back to the lobby. There is a ski storage room in the basement. Not big but enough for us. The apartment was really fantastic. The layout was good and the balcony was as long as the apartment itself. The kitchen was equipped with enough bells and whistles One note, there is NO coffee maker but a Dolce Gusto machine (app no 5) The bedrooms were large enough with closet space, both bedrooms had a TV, but there are not that many sockets available, so an extension cord is not a luxury The apartment looked clean. We did not use the sofa bed in the living room. The restaurant is accessible from the inside and you can eat well there. Also 200 meters away is a restaurant with a nice Austrian atmosphere. fantastic.Here you can enjoy yourself all day.Unfortunately, in our week (March 6) there were no group lessons at the ski schools.All in all had a very nice week.

Arrival was very disappointing. Nobody present!! Have to make phone calls to concierge, but is definitely not nice if you have to hear how and what over the phone, and certainly not if it is in a language that you are not used to. Apartment was great as well as the area. Departure was again dramatic. Appointed hour there was nobody. Then again called. Went for another 10 minutes. In the end everything had to be calculated !!! Result: left hours later than planned !!

This was our second stay. Location is perfect for skiers, the gondola is right there. The sauna after whole day of skiing is great. The restaurant in the building is nice and open until 9pm. The only thing I would suggest would be replacing a living room furnitures in apartment no 5 as they are a little bit worn out.

We were warmly welcomed and given a tour so that we knew immediately where everything was to be found, very nice. Furthermore, a nice spacious room, everything was neat and tidy. beautiful ski area, where you can go in all directions. Definitely worth repeating.

Reception was fine, accommodation also except the tarps on the beds. There is no après ski in the neighborhood, which was a shame. The location of the accommodation in relation to the lift is perfect. The ski bus does not go to kitzbuhel often, so you can do better via the slopes.

Location for skiers outstanding, accommodation top, with small defects, coffee machine broken no replacement, hot water 3 times not available. Several eateries nearby.

Arrival was perfect. Chalet neat and spacious. Beds are too small, are only 140 cm wide and that is tight for 2 people. Was a bed in the room that was wider. Everything was there for the rest. Parking garage was great and space to dry your ski equipment was also very well arranged. all in all. That everything is within reach, such as intersport, cafe and restaurant and ski lift is also perfect.

Defective ventilation in the shower bath, can opener was missing, stove heats up badly, oven soiled.

The reception was nice friendly people. There was no bathtub present in the description. The area was fantastic only a pity that the restaurant was not open

Very spacious and nice apartment provided with all the comforts. The hostess Bernie was very friendly and always excited.We have had a great time.Not a disadvantage of the place ... You have to go by car to the village for groceries, That is not going to be done.

Perfect location to the gondola, very friendly treatment. Nice clean apartment, even sofa bed was a real bed!

Great apartment with great location

Very nice ski holidays due to the superb location. Lovely area. A small downer was the apartment that we did not like. Flat acts shabby. Stains on the upholstery. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils are thrown together. This will be easier. There are only two very small closets.

Nice area for making nice trips. Perfectly located apartment at the foot of the descent and at the entrance to the elevator. Nice spacious apartments, with a restaurant and terrace and stunning views. Kind service. Food was fine and normal priced. all in all had perfect ski \/ holiday

Winter 2016. Too little snow, but this village is so central, we have two great weeks skiing. Not only ski-in / ski-out access. Great apartment, great service. Ski basement lockers are too small for a family of five.
