Description
This typically Austrian furnished detached house at 876 metres altitude has a quiet location overlooking the valley and the Mirnock mountains on the edge of a nature reserve and close to the hiking and skiing area of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Millstättersee. Pets are welcome and can safely run free in the 150 cm high fenced garden. Also very suitable for two families travelling together. For your safety, this house has video surveillance outside
For holidaymakers, this area offers many summer and winter activities, such as hiking, rafting, tobogganing and mountain biking. At the Millstättersee you can refresh and relax. In winter, the top ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim is waiting to be discovered, and the beautiful ski resorts of Turracher Hohe, Goldeck, Rennweg and Nassfeld are also among the possibilities. Just a few minutes' walk from the house you will find very good restaurants: Gartenrast and Schnitselwirt Wanker. Across the street from Gartenrast is the Shilling brewery, where you can sample home-brewed beers such as the famous "granaatbeer" every weekend, really worth trying. nice nice holiday home, especially for winter sports. not far from the slopes house is well cared for and clean, and everything is there.
Everything was perfectly organised and we had everything we needed. There was even a decorated Christmas tree. It was really cosy and very nice. We found the access to the garden to be a small drawback and the room temperature in the lower area was a little too cool for us, but everyone feels differently. Thank you very much, it was very nice there.
We liked house Yannsa very much. Quiet location, lovingly and functionally furnished. Everything is available that is needed for a family holiday with a dog.
Lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, pity about the cloudy and sometimes rainy weather. Nevertheless enjoyed with our family
A great holiday home with very nice owners. It is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. We and our 3 dogs felt very comfortable. The garden is really completely fenced in so that even small dogs can't get out. No one walks past the house and garden, so there is no barking. The gas barbecue gave us lovely evenings. Excellent for 2 families travelling together as everyone has enough privacy due to the separation of upstairs and downstairs. The owners were always available for questions. Everything is neat and clean.
Beautiful house, very well furnished, with large sun terrace and balcony. Garden completely fenced in, even my dogs can't get out!
- Beautiful view, well fenced for dogs - On the lower floor (where the 2 bedrooms and the oil heating are located) there is an intense smell of heating oil (even constant airing does not help). - Mattresses, decorative cushions and couch are smelly - Partly already defective furniture (e.g. garden chair defective, cover of the pit is upwards, steps of the terrace broken). - Garden could be a little more well-kept (nettles, faded and broken plastic plants).
Top cottage... So quiet... No street noise.... Beautiful and spacious house.... Friendly and helpful owners. I definitely recommend it.
