This inviting group house, a stone's throw from the ski bus stop, offers an atmospheric veranda in its own beer garden in summer. In winter, the spacious recreation room with bar and pool table (and a beer keg on request against bail) invites you to socialise. The sauna is the icing on the cake, where you can fully relax after a day of skiing or hiking in the enchanting region. Ideal for large groups looking for a unique experience!
With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers numerous other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park Area 47

Nice landlord Furniture and shower urgently need to be renewed Kitchen is not possible. Cooking would not have been possible. Everything was very dirty. Dishes had to be pre-washed. You still couldn't use some of it. Glasses the same. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Once and never again. Power cable partly dangerous. Dishwasher not tight. Televisions did not work. Room clean but everything urgently needs renewing.
It was a very nice and big house. The owner was very nice and helpful.
