This sprawling holiday home is 50 metres' walk from the ski bus stop. In summer, enjoy a drink of your choice on the enchanting veranda, while in winter enjoy an unforgettable evening in the recreation room with pool table and bar (beer kegs available from the owner against surcharge). The comfortable bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and the unique interior makes you feel at home quickly. Enjoy!
With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers plenty of other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park, Area 47

It has plenty of space and, depending on the size of the group, everyone has their own room with toilet and shower. It is in a quiet location and there is little traffic. The lounges are also large and offer plenty of space. Only the kitchen is a little outdated in places.
