Lovely week had, nice cosy and clean house. Perfect for group of friends with small children.

Lovely spacious house with all necessary amenities. Free internet available. Top! Good cooker and oven. The bathrooms need an overhaul but are functional. The kitchen is cramped for 13 to eat together at the table. A group can eat in the other room, but it is cozier to be able to eat together. The shower upstairs was not as good, people there told us they had to hold the shower head. The water in both showers is a bit harder to regulate. This is where thermostatic taps could help. There is a lot of storage space. We missed some coat racks in the room and hallway. Good beds, slept well! Nice parking, garage and garden.

House with a lot of space, which unfortunately is not taken care of. Our impression of the house is that there is a lot of potential that is not being used. A little of the money that the house brings in should be used to make necessary repairs: Shower on the ground floor, only boiling hot water. All doors squeak. No comfortable garden and balcony furniture. No wardrobe on the ground floor. Wardrobes much too small. These are just a few points. Overall, it is unfortunately unclean and loveless. On arrival, the house was not cleaned, so we lost our first day. It is also very noisy due to the main road and the railway!

The house is wonderfully large and spacious. Very practical for families with children. The contact person on site was friendly and always available. However, it should be noted that the railway tracks run in front of the house and that there is a train station.

Price-performance ratio very good. Large spacious house, plenty of room, were 6 adults and four children and two dogs.

The house in Schlitters is large, spacious, rustic but actually very nice. We stayed here for a week at the beginning of March 2023 with 8 adults, 5 children and a small dog (skiing holiday). Actually, as there are some points that should be improved (some important light bulbs would have to be replaced as they were broken, the drains were blocked in both bathrooms, on the ground floor (next to the living room) there is a room of three with a very small wardrobe, there is a lack of a wardrobe for coats, jackets on the ground floor, the wifi did not work properly (the wifi password hung inconspicuously in the wrong place, a non-functional password, on the other hand, hung very large in the kitchen, so that we first called the technician. At first, there was only one key to the house, which is actually meant for two parties (even when we were there with family and friends, we always had to remember who had the only key so that the others could get into the house. Only after the only key was broken and the cylinder was exchanged, we got two keys. Wine glasses and champagne glasses were missing from the kitchen. What was very noticeable, however, and unknown to us from Austrian accommodation so far, was that the house was not really clean - there was a lot of dust on the shelves, shelves that were not used or not used often enough, under the beds under the bench in the kitchen, the ovens in both kitchens were just incredibly dirty. It would simply have to be given a basic cleaning.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location. We had a great time in Schlitters. Everything was uncomplicated. And we were undisturbed. The common room offers space for games evenings and there is a table in the kitchen that can seat 12 (up to 13) people. The knives are not very sharp. The ski room is unheated. Nevertheless, we didn't lack for anything.

Haus Schlitters is a wonderfully large and characteristic Austrian holiday home. The holiday home is detached and has lots of space (lawn) around the house. Sufficient amenities, although a pity there is no dishwasher. The railway line is absolutely not disturbing, actually quite nice. The town of Schlitters has plenty of shops. The ski resorts are easy to reach by car. We had beautiful snow. In short, definitely worth repeating.
