Luxury holiday home with stunning views & oak sauna

This luxury holiday home is sunny in the mountains near Kauns. With a balcony and terrace, you admire the views of the mountain world every day. Hiking trails start from the doorstep. The house is fully equipped with an oak sauna. Enjoy homemade meals in the kitchen with cooking island. Enjoy together at the dining table in the bay window. And there is a play corner for the children. The stove is decorative, not functional
Surrounding the chalet is a decked terrace with wooden garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a magazine in the Austrian sun in summer! There is plenty of parking space near the chalet. So if you are looking for a lovely holiday home for several families or large groups of friends, you have now found it! The restaurants are already 300 metres from the chalet, so if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy the Austrian delicacies and cosiness here!

A fantastic, modern and spacious accommodation, with beautiful views towards the mountains and the valley, in a 'village' atmosphere ! A beautiful area with plenty of opportunities for beautiful mountain walks and with several alpine pastures and huts nearby.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful region. The house is very well equipped and was very clean on arrival. The children had all the space they needed to play, the sauna was very pleasant. The communication was excellent. Highly recommended!
Haus Aifnerspitze is a lovely holiday home where everything is well organised down to the last detail. Above expectations. We stayed there with 9 people who all had lovely space. Fine beds, beautiful views, basement with sauna and playroom was also well used. There is a beautiful hiking trail behind the house. On the last day we had the opportunity to go tobogganing on the sloping meadow. We had a top holiday in this lovely house! Please note; last 400 m to the house are very steep.
We really had a great holiday at Haus Aifnerspitze. We spent a week with our family with friends and their families. We all had a great time, including our 6 children. The house really has everything and more than you need, for a fantastic holiday. The beautiful surroundings where there is much to see and do, we can recommend to everyone. Edward and Cindy are incredibly hospitable and nice people. Baby beds for the 2 little ones were already all ready when we arrived. In short, we had a great week!
Very nice house with a lot of space. Perfect for two families. Note that snow chains (or perhaps a 4w-drives car) is a must in case of snpwy conditions. The last part of the street accessing the house is VERY steep.
