The Krimml Waterfalls are just 15 minutes away by car and there is a large outdoor activity center opposite the property where you can, for example, go canoeing or climb in a climbing forest. The Wildkogel Arena, located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Tauern ridge, offers a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with 75 km of slopes. You have free access to the Kristallbad (across the street) and the ski bus stops 20 meters from the property. For beginners there is a ski school in the immediate vicinity.
