Some pots not quite clean, crumbs on the kitchen bench, ground floor bedroom cold. Draughts from bedroom windows. Rooms not particularly warm when you are at home during the day.otherwise ok on the whole.the caretaker service already wanted to know when we were leaving on Saturday - exact time! according to the guest service we should send a message to them when we have arrived and when we are out of the house so that they can commission the cleaning.It's a mystery to me why we should let the caretaker's service know in advance.no contact with anyone from the house.nice gesture:1 bottle of wine,2 small bottles of mineral water and sweets as a welcome at the table.ski room outside only lockable with a bolt-not lockable!

Clean house with a great feel-good factor.

The holiday home is very spacious. Almost every room has its own bathroom and toilet. We found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The contact person on site is very nice and immediately on site in case of difficulties. Thank you very much!

We had a great time with the whole family at the Spykerhütte. The beds were extremely comfortable and the large "winter garden" with a gigantic view was a highlight! I find it a bit of a shame that the guest is given a lot of "rules" in advance in writing about how to behave and what is strictly forbidden. We have often stayed in exclusive holiday homes, but we are not used to this kind of instructions. In addition, this kind of communication continues inside the house with various signs. Waste disposal, such as disposing of bottles, has to be done by oneself and taken to the recycling centre. Making it a little easier for the guest would be an appropriate service.

Spacious cottage with beautiful rooms and great conservatory. Very clean, only the many cobwebs on the windows outside, partly also in the rooms and on the balcony disturb the very good overall impression.

Fantastic, atmospheric, spacious holiday home , beautiful large balcony, fantastic views, with excellent facilities :oa 2 dishwashers, fine kitchen, comfortable beds; luxury bathrooms, comfortable furniture, good reading light; functional and atmospheric decor. Several cosy spaces to sit so you with a large family not " on each other's lips". Lovely walks from the house and in immediate surroundings. A top!!! house!!! Have often rented a house but this is the topper! Super enjoyed, even with two rainy days! In short, highly recommended!

It is a very beautiful house. Particularly noteworthy is the large balcony with the magnificent view of the Rauris valley.

Everything was great. When we had problems in the run-up to the event, we were given great help and everything was cleared up.

Very clean , a very friendly manager, very well located for hiking and cycling, the house leaves nothing to be desired.

The Spykerhütte is a large, luxurious holiday home not far from Rauris. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, an incredibly cosy lounge with panoramic window and balcony, a rustic beer cellar, a terrace in the middle of the greenery with a brick barbecue and the large kitchen with lounge are absolute highlights. The end of the valley in Kolm-Saigurn is a stone's throw away and Rauris can be reached very quickly. The house is located directly above the main road, but you won't hear anything in the house and the traffic volume is limited so close to the end of the valley anyway. The location and the house itself are a dream.

It was just great. The house is a dream, especially the view from the panoramic windows. Unfortunately, our stay was too short. But we will be happy to come back.
