A typical Austrian flat in beautiful Stuhlfelden, just around the corner from Mittersill. The flat has a lovely wooden balcony where a sunny spot is guaranteed!
In summer, enjoy the small garden lounge, a bit away from the house, where the little guests play with the swing, slide together with the children of the house. While here in winter you rest after an active day on the slopes. The options are endless!

The panoramic Kitzbüheler Alpen cable car can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and in summer the adventure swimming lake Uttendorf is only 3 minutes away by car. The location of the house avoids long drives to the main road

The place is in the center of ttlhe valley, Sell am See is whitin halve an our and Krimml is also a tirty minute drive. Ms Schwab is very helpfull and makes you feel welkome.

It was very clean. The landlords are very friendly and there was nothing missing in the flat. The transport links are great. You can reach many things quickly. The children could play in the garden and feed/ stroke the rabbits. A successful holiday for us.
