Apartment Angerer

Simply furnished apartment with lots of space. Not everything that is in the description is present. For example, there is no bath, there is only a balcony, and no table football. The furnishings are somewhat dated and not equally clean everywhere, but the landlord is very nice and very helpful and friendly. The house is located in a beautiful walking area.

The house is spacious and always nice and warm. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Separate areas so you can also find your privacy. Three bedrooms with good beds. In the living room there are two types of beds / sofas next to the couch where you could also sleep well. There is no bath but the shower is fine. Two toilets .. We had a wonderful week!

We had a great welcome. Our host stood outside and immediately gave us a tour of the house. It looked good, as did the immediate environment: an oasis of peace and space.

The house was expected. Because of previous experiences in the past with Belvilla and good to have looked the description and photographs, we are staying with our family (2 adults. 3 children) as very positive the choice fall on this home.We. We had a great holiday in Matrei. The surroundings are breathtaking and there is much to do young and old. The East Tyrol Card is included and much affordable. Near the house is the river Isel where our children (25) were able to play in our vicinity. Regarding the property, we were expecting more. The enclosed garden is enclosed and very haggard. There needs to be further pruned and mowed. The play area are dirty and need replacing. The house was clean. Inside has been renovated in part. 2 bedrooms and bathroom have been updated. The other rooms such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are outdated. The furniture, kitchen equipment and space on the balcony and the kitchen is not equipped for 8 people. We were happy with z 'n celebrating and could therefore save us. Two weeks have been wonderful holiday. Location is top notch and the house fine. Maybe slightly dated but we did not mind. For us a place where we definitely again go back to! Our kids (2.5 and 3 months) have entertained delicious!

A great base for a skiing holiday. By car you are quickly in Matrei, Kals and St. Jacob. The owners are friendly, but distant. Spacious floor, nice view, good beds, functional kitchen. This was the 2nd time in this house, last time the small apartment was very well liked and this time everything was perfect for each other. We have our family had a good stay at home Angerer. The house is near the road from Lienz to Matrei, an ideal base for visiting the various valleys and lovely walks.
