No garden set available, incomplete household items such as no teaspoons, no drying rack, few cups, etc. Poorly maintained balcony (dangerous). The manager does his utmost to make us happy.

The house is located in beautiful surroundings, where we took many walks (towards Plöcken Pass, towards Obertilliach and towards Nassfeld), took a cycle tour along the Gail and visited the Garnitzenklamm, Lienz and Italy. A day at Aquarena was also nice. The house itself is spacious and has many facilities. The garden furniture was a bit sparse. The kitchen inventory was in some parts far too little for 8 people. In addition, there were no pan lids and the pans were in poor condition, so it was always a challenge to eat at home.

The house was a bit disappointing in terms of decor. Few pans and cutlery. broken dishwasher, broken vacuum cleaner. Too bad, because the house was spacious, several bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a washing machine and dryer, which was nice. Also a nice place, close to the village. From this place you are reasonably close to several nice outings, such as the city of Villach, Lienz, etc. Beautiful swimming pool in the village, with heated indoor pool and beautiful outdoor pools.

Really a fantastic house with lots of space, surroundings are beautiful, but quite a long drive to the so-called Bergbahnen!

We had a great time in this spacious home. Everything was nice and clean, friendly host, lots of space and everything was there. The garden with the trampoline, swing and 2 outdoor seating areas also made it very pleasant outside. Not to mention the beautiful view of high mountains. There was a lot to experience with the Karten pass! All a short (at least an hour) drive. But it was well worth it. Great house and location!

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the house. First of all, 4 bedrooms are described in the description, 1 of them on the ground floor with its own bathroom (although the bathroom has no door), and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor that is unfortunately not true! There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom in the attic with a steep staircase where only 2 single beds fit in and no double bed! This room is intended for children because you can't even walk as an adult. This is not described anywhere! The dishes were totally sticky and greasy, we had to wash everything first, you have to make the beds yourself (which is not a problem if you know it beforehand) but is not described anywhere. There are no garbage cans outside, you can only dispose of the garbage in a small garbage can in the kitchen, but that is definitely not enough for 8 adults. There are also no garbage bags because there are no garbage cans outside. The kitchen is not designed for 8 adults, there are no Gescheiden kitchen utensils such as knives, there are not even 8 chairs at the dining table so that everyone could eat together. We heated with wood ourselves because the underfloor heating was not enough and it was definitely too cold. There are no garbage cans in the room, the furniture fulfills its purpose, however, you don't want to have a slipping bed on holiday because just two single beds are pushed together. What I have to praise, however, is the quick communication with the caretaker who is responsible for the system.

The arrival was perfect. The accommodation looked very nice at first sight. We missed a few small things such as dishwashing brush / sponge, description thermostat and oven. Later the accommodation was unfortunately not in all respects so well controlled in cleaning and complete inventory. AND the environment was absolutely beautiful.

After a long journey with many files we had to wait half an hour before the closed door of the caretaker, while by convention, 2 hours and once again have had prior contact by telephone an hour of our arrival. The house and surrounding area met our expectations and this was fine.

Net property and well equipped and with good bathrooms

We found the setting beautiful, beautiful waterfalls, mountain railways plenty! Unfortunately, you had to drive around quite a lot !! Cottage was perfect but the service from localhost, was superb! He promised us a good dish with all the channels, but he never came by to fix the dish! Even after asking several times!

It was a very nice stay, very new and all conveniences! Close to local swimming pool and the village. Good base to Italy, Slovenia, lakes, ...

We've had good weeks. Environment is soothing but also perfect for walks, beautiful mountain peaks and swim. Near the cottage is the village with good shops and nice restaurants. Excellent stay in this cottage.

Great location as a starting point for exploring Corinth

We were surprised and impressed by the proximity of our hotel to the house slopes. Unfortunately, the weather this week we are not as good mitgespielt.Das house is very spacious and offers ideal for 8 people d, h, three parties enough space. It is positive that three baths are available and one is not hindered. For the equipment we have given the landlord a few tips. So missing eg. A large coffee for several people. The pad machine did not meet this their purpose. Under request the landlord has assured us that the manager will give us a provide. Nothing happened, our demand was rejected. That's not friendly, not from the owner. The Wi-Fi failed for two days ... but was restored. Worst of all for us was the cleaning, because two dustbin of bathrooms included even the dirt of the predecessor, the oven was also drawn by the predecessors. However, this did not change a discount on the amount of cleaning! That was not satisfactory for us and the assurance by the owner ran into the void. Since we would have expected more! Except for the cleanliness and the empty promise it was a beautiful

We have two weeks enjoyed the house and of course the omgeving.Helaas unfortunate for us that the 2nd week not worked at all in terms of weather, but good that can not spoil the fun because there are plenty of other things to do like swimming.

We felt at this property very well. Unfortunately, there was in place not just plenty to do and added that the left in pool even with the Kärnten Card advantageous prices includes. A pool for accommodation would be the only thing missing to an overall excellent rating.

We stayed 14 days in this modern and airy chalet that has all the comforts provided (each bedroom its own bathroom!) Good location within walking distance of swimming pool and shops. Kotschach-Mauthen is also a convenient base in a beautiful environment. The welcome and service by the caretaker were excellent. The only disadvantage is the limited privacy on the terrace / around the house.
