This holiday home has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, ideal for a family. Quietly located 1 km from the ski lifts and the centre of Fiss.
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is located 80 km south-west of Innsbruck. In summer, the Super-Sommer-Card is available for a fee incl. cable cars, hiking bus, Mini-Maxi-Club, Murmliclub and much more. If you want to benefit from this guest card, you need to inform the house owner before arrival. He will send you the link for registering the guest card. The heated ski depot right by the lift costs €2.50 extra per person per day.
The flat is in the attic and is comfortably furnished. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher and at the house is a terrace where you can relax outdoors. Wi-Fi is available in the house.
The ski bus stop is 10 m away and takes you to a vast ski area with 200 km of slopes and 70 lifts, ideal for beginners and advanced skiers.

Nice quiet apartment. Well located, excellent connections with the free bus.
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus Sandra in der Dachgeschosswohnung welche ideal für 2 Personen ist ggf. noch mit 1-2 kleinen Kindern. Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, Küche ist ausreichend und Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Skibus der innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Talstation in Fiss ist. Wir würden es wieder buchen!
Beautiful apartment with a super spontaneous nice hostess. Make use of the bread service, fresh every day in front of your door! Perfect location, around the corner from the ski bus, but we walked every morning to the lift, through the back through the field, easy to do!! You are also in the village in no time ... Super clean and very hygienic ... top location, highly recommended!!!! Our big thanks for this wonderful holiday!!!..

We were very friendly and received the necessary explanations ... Apartment is very quiet in Fisser Höfe, ski bus nearby and you can also walk via footpath to Fiss (1600 meters or 20 minutes walk). Through the accommodation you get in Fiss right at the lifts a locker for your ski equipment to store, very handy without all that material on the bus ☺ short, it is a blissful stay and super clean and spacious apartment!
