Accommodation was very neat. Owner was very polite and friendly. Even spoke partly Dutch. Always ready with questions or if you wanted to do laundry. For very small children around 1 year it is difficult. For the rest there is plenty to do in the area. And not expensive

A wonderful base in the Zillertal. A short distance to several cable cars, swimming pools and other activities available. The accommodation is well equipped and meets all modern requirements and is modernly furnished.

Very beautiful house modern, sleek, spacious and clean. Fine to stay with three families, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly ontvangst.Omgeving is quiet, you can walk to town. There's bakery, small supermarket and several restaurants. Ski bus stops at the door. Kaltenbach is 10 minutes on the bus to Zillertal 15 min.Wifi could be slightly better (faster).

Super Nice apartment

We were received very friendly, the owner showed us the house and during our stay there was regular contact. She gave us lots of tips about the area. This is lovely, there is plenty for children to do a steam train ride, summer toboggan run, hiking trails erlebnis, the Krimmler waterfalls, Hintertux glacier paradise Fugen and Achsensee (rent an electric boat here !!)

Aschau showed an excellent location! Many ski areas a short distance away so we used another ski area almost every day Mayrhofen, Zell am Ziller Kaltenbach, Hochfugen. Cottage was lovely and the hostess was very friendly. Top!

This year we had chosen a more expensive property. It was an amazingly beautiful home. Nice people. Next to our house another house was built. This was less beautiful. But it is definitely recommended. We sat here with his 7 and. This was very doable. 10 adults will use some of the busy side.

We had a wonderful week vacation. Great house for families with children. We were 7 adults and 2 small children. This went quite well in terms of areas.

We stayed in January 2015 for a week with 9 adults and 1 child (4years) of this wonderful accommodation. Everything was correct we were very pleased. Very modern. 4 bathrooms with 5 rooms. could spend the night too, 1 person in the living room was great for us. The ski bus is areall in 5min and also a supermarket. Book again for next year -) Can recommend it 100%.

Although there was no snow in the valley we had a fantastic winter sports holiday in the week kerst.De snow conditions were higher good, even for the little ones to the ski course was well organized with good sneeuw.Het house was also perfect and has certainly contributed to our successful holiday, so highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable week in a lovely apartment. Our hosts were very helpful and informative. The area was lovely and we found we didn't have enough time to do all the activities available. The location is ideal for families or those looking for an active holiday. We would definitely consider a return holiday to this location.

Wonderful holiday had in Landhaus Sporer in Aschau.Mooie large dining table, pity the banks at the dinner table unappetizing zaten.Verder perfect vacation home.

1st day of skiing in the spa feet. But then we went. Monday squalls, good visibility. Unfortunately, only 3 lifts in Kaltenbach in operation. Day 2 Zillertal- Arena.3. Day Mayrhofen, Finkenberg, Lanersbach4. Day Kaltenbach-Zillertal, gusty, Aschau valley route no. 8 ausklang in the downhill shack 5th day Zillertal Arena, Gerlos compound inhibited the ausklang reichts.Abschluß in the Schnitzelalm

2 familys, 4 adults and 4 kids, 1 large and modern appartment, very comfortable ,close to almost everything ( we recomand to have own car though ), 1 wonderful and extremly helpful host (no, i don't exagerate ), good weather for skiing. Result? 1 perfect week. We have allready decided to return next winter .

Although the weather was not always good, we still have a wonderful holiday sleep.The cottage offers a wonderful feeling of home, very spacious, and many comforts voorzien.De landlady is always available by phone to bereiken.Voor the rest leave them in everything vrij.Het village offers the opportunity to buy your daily necessities but also by train, you can quickly go to a nearby dorp.Landhaus Sporer offers an ideal base for a wonderful holiday in the Zillertal.

we had a very good stay in this holiday, the hostess was very friendly .it house was neat inside and outside the layout was very good for 9 people and it was fully equipped .de setting was lovely good view of it the holiday .this is highly recommended for all ages.

With 8 adults and 1 child aged 6 had a great week in this house centrally located. Home is not yet completely finished on the ground floor, where the owner is coming soon to attend. The entire 1st floor is reserved for guests with 4 bedrooms and ample bathroom facilities. Living / kitchen well equipped, though the dining area can be for example, a fixed angle around sofa table. Bit more efficient classification According to owner does this happen soon. For skiers / boarders ideal. Bus stop outside the door to the ski areas Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena.

A beautiful and clean house fully equipped

We have been in January ski holiday. Partly because the location of the house is ideal and you can make use of several ski resorts we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is spacious and the contact with the landlords (who incidentally speak Dutch) is pleasant.

Ski holidays which is very successful. Public transport nearby. Zillertal Ski Arena, despite mild weather, especially in a beautiful ski resort Kaltenbach.
