In winter, the practice slope and the ski gondola to the large ski area are practically next to the holiday home, without the need for a car or ski bus. For those who find Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, Austria's largest ski area, too extensive, there is also a smaller family ski area in Kelchsau. Thereby, the ski lift has a supervised ski depot with ski boot heating.
In summer, the nearby mountains offer wonderful opportunities for beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours. Golf enthusiasts can have a great time in nearby Westendorf. In addition, a swimming lake, a summer toboggan run and minigolf provide entertainment for summer visitors!

Very nice, completely renovated and modern house! My large family really enjoyed it. It's right next to the railway tracks and not far from a main road! But you hardly notice or hear that. The outdoor area is also beautifully done. The friendly staff member also gave great tips for excursions.

Good and luxuriously furnished house, with 18pers. the bathroom range does get tight. However, the BBQ is far too small for a group over 8 people. Good noise insulation with respect to the adjacent provincial road and railway, no nuisance when windows are closed. For people over 1.80 metres, bring a construction helmet, the entrance and basement is very low. Very centrally located in the village public transport for large region free.

The rose bush by the front door I would take away if you go round the back and especially with children, the coats are so broken too big thorns. Furthermore, the hot water supply is too little often cold shower.

Perfect villa for a large group with pleasant living/dining room where up to 18 people can enjoy together. Also nice kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. Also perfectly located within walking distance of the ski lift.

A beautiful house in a prime location. When fully occupied with 18 people, the space is somewhat limited - it gets tight.

Very nice house fully equipped and nicely furnished. Beautiful surroundings. House is located on busy road and railway line, did not suffer because the house is well insulated.

We spent 6 beautiful days in Chalet Sonnenalp at the end of September / beginning of October '23 as a large family (several generations). The house is very well equipped, offers enough space for everyone and is centrally located so that you can leave the car behind.

Great holiday home, very well equipped kitchen, very clean One point is deducted for the rather small garden. If you are travelling with many children, this is rather difficult. You can hardly leave them unsupervised, as a very busy road is not far away. The nearby railway is not audible, and you can hardly hear the road with the windows closed.

Very well located villa, fully equipped for a large group: 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and nice dining area with lounge probably everyone could sit together. The kitchen is also nicely integrated so everyone was together at all times.

Mooi huis en gunstig gelegen, alles dichtbij. Qua geluid ook goed geïsoleerd dus van de trein en het verkeer heb je in de winter geen last. Kan mij voorstellen dat het zomers als je in de tuin bent wel hinderlijk kan zijn. Wij hebben genoten!

A great house, especially for a group with several families with children. The many bathrooms is definitely a plus. Only it was better not to shower right away with someone else, as the water got cold. The kitchen with two ovens and a microwave and two dishwashers was also fine. The chill room with pool table was also eagerly used.
