Description
In Kelchsau you will find this spacious group house, perfectly located next to the ski lift for true 'ski in' and 'ski out' experience. The cosy dining area with bar and wooden elements, next to the professional kitchen, offer a great atmosphere. Relax after an active day in your own cinema with fun movies and music videos. For the players, there is billiards and table football. And for restful moments, there is a sauna with rest room in the basement. A perfect place for a great holiday!
The ski area on which the holiday home is located is not large but has wide and well-prepared slopes. The ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser- Brixental is about 7 kilometres away, easily accessible by ski bus free of charge. So even advanced skiers have plenty of options from this holiday home.
The centre of Kelchsau is 500 metres away. You can enjoy hiking, cycling, golfing, rafting and swimming in crystal-clear lakes in the countryside here. Spending a day doing nothing...that can be lovely too. Read a good book or leaf through a nice magazine and enjoy the Austrian sunshine on the spacious terrace of the holiday home

It was a perfect family weekend at the Mooshäusl. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and billiards was very popular. The kitchen and bar are very well equipped, the rooms are cosy, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean. As we were only there for a weekend, we didn't try out the sauna or cinema. Instead we enjoyed the location in Kelchsau, which enabled us to take a wonderful walk in the snow from the front door. Big praise to the local agent Petra, who looked after and supported us in a very friendly and competent manner. Super!
The house is absolutely amazing. Super location. The rooms are perfect. All rooms with private bathroom and extra toilet . So much space . Everything clean . We were very satisfied . Petra is a super nice and lovely landlady . We didn't want for anything . Our expectations were definitely exceeded! We will definitely come again. Thank you very much !
A beautiful holiday home for large groups. It was the perfect birthday location for the big and small guests!
The cottage is super located in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is super and lovely to cook there. Large enough to stay there with several families. Lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. The cinema was really super. The cottage does need some major maintenance. The boss owner is very approachable and responds quickly to emails.
