Via private entrance on the 1st floor, you enter the spacious, bright living room with wooden floor and luxurious open kitchen. From the large balcony, equipped with 2 sofas, you will enjoy beautiful mountain views. An ideal place to relax and experience the beauty of the surroundings
The house's location is perfect, as the gondola can be reached by ski bus within 2 minutes. Brixen im Thale is a convenient winter sports destination thanks to its convenient location in relation to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental and the Kitzbüheler Alpen. In addition, Brixen im Thale is located in one of the few valleys that is open on both sides. The village's many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
We highly recommend hiking in Aschau or a visit to the natural pond with swimming pool in Brixen

Despite the small flaws, the flat was cosy for 7 people and the space was sufficient. The property manager was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it everything was very clean and when we had problems one evening with the drain in the kitchen (the water was not draining), Mrs Mak very keen to find a solution and we were able to enjoy our stay continue to enjoy. The parking situation was also a bit difficult, there was only one parking space clearly assigned to the flat. An information sheet in the hallway provided information, unfortunately the guests in the other holiday flats did not take this into account.
Great accommodation, very nice area.
The flat was very nicely furnished and there was enough space for 8 people. The flat looked as nice as in the pictures and there was everything you needed. We had problems with the water (came only cold) but there was someone directly to reach and it was sent someone who has fixed the problem directly! Contact was friendly and great. The location was very central and everything was easy to reach we experienced a lot and had a great time. We would love to come back

Fine flat to stay with a group of 6-8 people during winter sports. Lifts are about 700 to 800 metres away. but by bus and or car both good to do. Supermarket is literally around the corner. Everything is neat and clean. Kitchen is well equipped.
It's a very clean flat with lots of space and a gorgeous bathroom overlooking the sea.
The contact person was always very easy to reach, had tips for excursions and helped us immediately with a small problem. The flat is centrally located in the village on a moderately busy main road. Bread rolls are available at the bakery or Billa. Furthermore, a quiet (!) train passes by, which you hardly notice. The bedrooms face the street and the garden/balcony. Depending on the party mood of the other guests, this is the only point of criticism. However, the really spacious and clean flat cannot be held responsible for the inconsiderate behaviour of other guests at parties until half past three.
The holiday flat was very nice! The furnishing and layout of the rooms was perfect for us. Everything we needed was available. The contact on site was really pleasant.
