Description
About 3.5 km above the village and 1300 m above sea level, at the entrance to the Paznaun Valley, this lovely apartment is located in a sunny and quiet location. Amidst the unique mountain scenery, you will fully enjoy the magnificent views, for example from the terrace. The owners run a farm and offer fresh products such as milk, butter, yoghurt and jam, as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning. Can you see yourself sitting down?
From Tobadill, you can reach the most famous winter sports areas as far as the Silvretta (See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtür), Fiss, Serfaus, Ladis and the entire Arlberg in a short time, as well as the family-friendly Venet ski area. Tobadill is also home to a 600m-long lift with 3 downhill runs.

Here you won't find crowds of tourists, but an authentic experience steeped in local charm and hospitality. The natural beauty is breathtaking. Had a lovely stay in this cottage. friendly and thoughtful hostess. Spacious cottage. Located quite remote. 15 min drive down the mountain towards tourist area. This does make it nice and quiet ;-) Sofas in the room are not that comfortable, we mostly sat in the kitchen and outside.
We spent three weeks in this holiday home and had a super holiday. Everything you need was there and we were allowed to use the owner's hoover. This was necessary as we had a dog with us. After a week and a half, the beds were changed and the bathroom cleaned. We had not experienced this before. So all compliments to the homeowner.
It is a lovely house with great views. Very friendly owner who helped us a lot. Last day we got an extra jar of the home-made jam. Delicious. For the four of us, the house was big enough, neat and clean with everything present. A nice living kitchen, large balcony, spacious living room and two bedrooms with a double bed. The road to the house on a high mountain takes some getting used to, but you are in Austria for the mountains anyway :-)

The landlady was really very nice and accommodating. Always very nice contact. The view from the terrace is really outstanding! Otherwise, the flat was clean and lacked nothing.
Fantastic house, nice and big everything is there and owners very guest-friendly. However, not really accessible for people with mobility problems.
Beautiful complete flat, fully equipped. Large, spacious, cosy, truly Austrian. Nice that there is an outdoor area. Great appreciation for family Hauser. Warm welcome, extensive tips and advice for the environment. West Tirol carte was immediately arranged, even though it was Saturday night. Great, because if we had to arrange this at the tourist office it would have been after the weekend. Note: this house is beautifully situated, but 3.5 km outside the village and about 7 km from the nearest supermarket. And it is closed on Sundays in Austria. Finally, a big thank you for the help with our car breakdown and transportation when the road was closed.
