The house is very modern, beautiful and absolutely clean. It is also wonderfully quiet and the landlords are courteous and always available.

It is simply a very nice house and I can only recommend it.

The house was brand new and there was plenty of space. The barbecue was also perfect.

Very nice house beautiful location

We were 6 people and 3 small children and found the space including the 5 bedrooms ideal. We also really liked the sauna on the 1st floor. For the children, the neighbouring farm was a very interesting enrichment. The wallbox for our electric cars was also an advantage.

Very nice modern accommodation with space for 10 people. The kitchen table is also big enough for everyone to sit at one table. The contact with the owners was always very nice and we were always helped. We would love to come back!

It is a very nice house and fully equipped. The view is also beautiful and when the weather is nice you can sit outside in the sun (in winter until 15:00). We went by car to the slopes where there was plenty of parking. It was very busy at the gondola in the spring break though (we had not experienced this before) and took 50 minutes to get to the top on the first day.

Great and very modern house with lots of comfort. In three minutes we were at the ski bus stop on foot, after a 5 minute drive at the mountain station Zell am Ziller.

We felt very comfortable in this wonderful holiday home. It is super clean and very well maintained. The furnishings are high quality. The location to the ski area is also ideal. The contact with the owner on site was also excellent. The only thing that would have been practical for us was a washing machine :)

Great, modernly furnished holiday home in a beautiful, quiet location. You immediately feel at home. Everything very clean. Sufficient parking space. Nature starts directly behind the house, lots of space for children to run around.

A house that leaves hardly anything to be desired, in dreamlike surroundings.

Modern house with good facilities. Location also beautiful- hiking possibility available, beautiful view from both terraces, living and bedrooms as well as sauna. Everything is available for cooking and feeling good, sitting area, chairs and beds comfortable. We were a 3-generation family (6 people) and it was perfect for us. The village is rather quiet (few places to stop for refreshments), but there is a railway connection and a cycle path along the Ziller to the next larger towns.

New villa, beautifully decorated. Nice feature: separate room for drying and storing skis and ski bones. Tip top in order. Ski lift in Kaltenbach, easy and quick to reach by car or skibus.

Really great, modern, brand new guesthouse with separate ski room and ample parking directly in front of the house not far from the Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena ski areas. Excellent furnishings in the dining/living area and the individual rooms. Sauna with a view of the mountains.
