Description
This detached chalet on a small park offers privacy and luxury combined with an Alpine-style interior. It features a beautiful entrance hall, a room for ski storage, a generous living room and a modern kitchen with access to the terrace. For children, there are games and toys inside, and outside in the summer season there is a playground with two swings, climbing rope and slide. The spacious downstairs bathroom has a Finnish sauna, infrared panels and a double rain shower
The Donnersbachwald residence is located on a gentle slope with breathtaking views. With its fantastic location near the Riesneralm valley station, the park offers direct access to nature and a babbling brook.
The Austrian winter transforms the area into a fairyland with two snow-sure ski areas, Riesneralm and Planneralm, together accounting for 50 km of slopes. For families, the child-friendly Riesneralm is ideal. Looking for variety? Try the natural toboggan run or cross-country trails close to the chalet.
Summer reveals a different kind of magic with various hiking trails, mountain huts, the challenging 5-Gipfelweg, 3D archery, the E-Enduro Bikepark and fly-fishing. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the unique Gipfel pool, at 1900 metres above sea level, and admire the 360-degree view there. Mountain lakes and streams will cool you down on hot summer days. A dream spot from January to December!

A really beautiful and bright house that offered us all (2 families with children) a lot of space for joy, relaxation, fun and games! Especially the outdoor area with slide and swing were a highlight for the children and great for the Easter egg hunt! The games on site were also great = puzzles, cars, building blocks etc. and, above all, the very good service on site as usual! We arrived a little late and that was no problem at all and our request for the assembly of the swing was thankfully implemented immediately and with great effort after clarification with the owners - thank you again :-) All in all - we would love to come back!!!
Very nice chalet, top location, only a few minutes' walk to the ski area, cross-country ski trail in front of the house, bread service available, also the opportunity to have a snack in the evening. Not far from the Schaupphof, also opportunity to enjoy food and drink.
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de Alpenjoy Lodge. Het huisje is heerlijk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.
The house was as described and very well equipped in all respects. The valley station was a good and relaxed 20-minute walk away. You could also get on the cross-country ski trail nearby. We liked it very much.
