As always, we felt absolutely at home in this wonderful house in beautiful surroundings with many, varied possibilities in terms of relaxation, hiking or sporting activities. We will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely recommendable. Clean, comfortable, child-friendly... no wish remains unfulfilled :)

This fantastic holiday home leaves nothing to be desired! The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and nothing was missing. The living/dining area is more than spacious and inviting. The upper floor also has plenty of space and can sleep up to 8 people. There is space for an additional travel cot in each room. The large bathroom offers plenty of space for bathing, drying off and getting ready. Also suitable for several people. In addition to the sauna/infrared cabin, there are 4 further sleeping areas in the basement. More than enough space here too! Table football and darts, as well as washing and drying facilities are also available in the basement. All bedrooms have a large TV. Fly screens available in all bedrooms. In kitchen/living/dining partially available but completely sufficient for ventilation! The house offers enough space for all travellers. We were delighted with the facilities for children and have never found this in any other holiday home! A huge thank you to the owners for this child-friendly flair! All pictures are current and correspond to reality! The house is clean, well maintained and equipped to a very high standard. The property manager is super friendly and welcomed us personally! Thanks for that too! We travelled with 4 adults, 5 children and a baby.

This is a fantastically beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired. There were only three of us, but it is ideal for six people. With so many different places to stay, you can still get out of each other's way (if you want to). The furnishings in the house surpassed everything we had seen before. The price-performance ratio is more than good. The Rauristal valley is also highly recommended. Quiet, but there are still plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling. We can only highly recommend this wonderful house.

Fantastic holiday home in a uniquely quiet location with great panoramic views

The house is amazing, very spacious and very well laid out. We were with two families, 4 adults, 4 children and a baby. And everyone had a place to retreat, breakfast and dinner together with plenty of space. The kitchen was great and the spa area was a dream. We can only recommend it.

It was a wonderful short holiday with the whole family. This fantastic house leaves nothing to be desired. All the rooms are furnished to an extremely high standard and every last detail has been thought through. We have never been in a holiday home that was so exclusively furnished and perfectly equipped. Of course, everything was totally clean down to the last detail. We would also like to emphasise the particularly pleasant contact with the property manager, Mrs Anke Biribauer. Our conclusion: it couldn't have been better - we will definitely be back.

The house was planned and executed by an architect who not only created a remarkable overall design, but also designed all the details with an incredible amount of ideas. The living/dining area is as spacious as the bedrooms. The bathrooms look very spacious with attractive tiling and the use of the best materials and lots of glass. Nothing was spared in the kitchen either. The fact that the whole house is in top condition is not least due to the careful maintenance by Mrs. Biribauer.

Super nice house with a feel-good character. There was nothing lacking. The house manager was always available, very friendly and helpful with questions and concerns, even before arrival.

The holiday home is in a quiet location in a small residential area. It is furnished to a very high standard. We particularly liked the living room with the conservatory and the large dining table. The bedrooms are very large and equipped with very good beds. You can see the mountains from every window in the house. We especially liked the garden with sitting area, barbecue and large parasol. The garden is very well maintained and the house was super clean. We were very nicely welcomed by the master of the house. A top house! I can only recommend it.

Great for families with grandma and grandpa

It was a fantastic holiday home. The view is beautiful and there are many different hiking trails in the area. Because you are in the middle of Austria, many activities are within driving distance.

The cottage had everything you need to feel comfortable and relax. Everything was super clean. The handover of the keys also went smoothly. Thank you very much, we had a great weekend.
