Description
This comfortable chalet rests at a serene altitude of 1050 metres and offers insane views. Inside the chalet, you'll find a wellness area, where a generous sauna will relax your muscles after a day of adventures. The ski storage room is equipped with ski boot warmers and the kitchen offers you the chance to prepare your favourite dish. Next to the chalet about 20 metres away is a playground where the smallest guests can play together. A lovely base for young and old alike!
The location offers a mixture of unspoilt countryside with the village character of the 2 municipalities of Großarl and Hüttschlag and the atmosphere of a modern winter sports area with a snow-sure ski resort. With 70 km of slopes and 17 ski lifts, the Großarltal - Dorfgastein ski is great for young and old. Großarltal is also a member of Ski Amade; Austria's largest ski area with a total of 760 kilometres of slopes and 270 lifts.
The idyllic mountain village attracts many nature lovers with its lush alpine meadows and majestic peaks. With an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced adventurers all year round

We had a wonderful week of hiking in the best summer/autumn weather! The house was super nice, clean and well equipped. With 11 people (4 adults and 7 children) we had enough space. The children also loved the playground directly opposite! And the adults loved the beautiful wellness area! Great family walks nearby were also great! Any time again.
A great holiday home! Clean, well equipped, super wellness area. We didn't miss anything and would love to come back!
11 of us stayed in the villa - and were very satisfied! Beds very good. Everything you need was there! Only small suggestion - the sauna didn't get really hot - but it wasn't too bad!
