The chalet's location is ideal for both winter and summer holidays, right in the picturesque Glemmtal in Pinzgau.

In winter, the ski bus stop is right at the bottom of the access road, so you can be in the beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area within minutes. The ski area Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn) has 270 kilometres of slopes and the ski area Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See has 77 kilometres of slopes. Highly recommended is the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun with 61 kilometres of slopes.

In summer, there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill run in the World Cup village of Leogang is around the corner. The adventure pool Käpt'n Hook in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers plenty of swimming fun with its 1.000 m2 of water surface, but you can also reach the Zeller See in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and the Tauern Spa Zell am See/Kaprun in 25 minutes. In Viehhofen, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See there are plenty of shops for everyday needs and also a good selection of restaurants
