Right by the new gondola to Zell am See and next to the ski school practice area, you will find this luxurious accommodation. From the living room you have access to the generous south-east-facing terrace, where you can start your holiday days relaxed with a cup of coffee. A parking space has already been reserved for you in the car park. Come in soon!
In 2019/2020, a new 10-seater gondola lift was built right next to this accommodation. You can board this ZellamseeXpress to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe in the process. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. So when you go on a winter sports holiday here, you have 2 beautiful and large ski areas right at your feet!
But it is also a great place to be in other seasons. The well-known places Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm can be reached within minutes. On a hot summer day, take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See. And don't forget to bring your hiking boots! You will make the most beautiful walks through the unspoilt nature and mountain world around Viehhofen

Very nice flat. The distribution of rooms is very nice. And the location is also perfect.
Fantastic flat, good location, ideal parking in garage, ski straight to Zell am See lift or ski bus. Description says no washing machine but it is there and a dryer. Minus point there is only 1 toilet and bring your own towels.
What a fantastic flat and a top location! Close to the lift and not in busy saalbach hinterglemm. Ideal for children!

Fantastic flat for a family with 4 children. Directly on the slopes and ski lift to Zell am See. And from Vorderglemm skicircus Saalbach nearby. Very clean and fully equipped flat. Very nice lady who waited for us, we arrived later in the evening. All in all, highly recommended!!!
The surroundings, pistes, next to the Zell am See gondola, close to the bus stop and the house were all great. The car can be parked in the garage, a lift to bring up all the stuff. In one word fantastic.👍
