This lovely apartment is located in the middle of the mountains near Mauterndorf, in the beautiful nature of the sunny Lungau region. This apartment is fully equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Parking is available in the private parking space in the garage at this complex. This house has a large swimming pool which guests can use free of charge. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity
The cosy village Mauterndorf is a few minutes' drive from the house and the ski resorts of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg airport is 120 km away. In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, tennis, cycling on the Murradwanderweg, road cycling, motorcycling and soaking up the clean air at the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit Golfclub Lungau, a beautiful 18-hole golf course about 9 km away. Playing golf among the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities

A fantastic stay in a spacious holiday flat with plenty of storage space and storage areas in the bathroom and hallway in an absolutely quiet location. If you want to get bread rolls on foot in the morning or have fun in the evening nearby (bars etc.), this is not the place for you. Here you will find pure nature and relaxation. Cows stand on the narrow path and slow you down as soon as you arrive. The walk to the centre of the village (without taking shortcuts across pastures) takes about 30-40 minutes. We loved it, especially the location and the view. I would book this property again!
