Large house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness could be better as well as reception. Key was difficult to obtain.

The accomodation was very spacious and mostly clean. We much enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, the key code sent did not work. Only after a long back and forth and difficult contacting the property management was a new code sent to us. Unfortunately, we then found that the key box was empty and we still couldn't get into the house. We then received the key of the cleaning company. In principle, the house is fine, it is conveniently located, the size and the room layout are wonderful. Overall, however, the house makes a very worn and neglected impression. The ceiling light in the downstairs bathroom doesn't work, silverfish scurry around the rooms, the shower head in the downstairs bathroom is so calcified that it sprays in all directions. Suspicious stains are visible above the shower, the bathroom furniture is swollen. The sofa is worn out. The balcony door is warped and can only be closed properly with pressure. The garbage house was so full that we could neither enter nor sort. At the end of the week at least part of the garbage was disposed of. The promised W-LAN only works sporadically and not in the whole house. Conclusion: The rental price is absolutely not justified due to the many defects.

Beautiful location. Kaprun and Zell am see close by. Wonderful walking and swimming in the beautiful meer.met the ski lifts into the mountains. Very nice environment.

We were with 11 people for the third time in the Alpensonne in Piesendorf. As always, it was very clean and there was really enough space for 11 people. Great view. However, the building would have needed one or the other renovation, especially on the outer facade.Z. B. the lock of the patio door is stuck and the glass top of the second patio table was missing. The house is big enough for 11 people. The living-dining area is spacious and ideal for a large group with the two dining tables. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and the beds were comfortable. However, one room on the upper floor is very dark and the small single room is difficult to ventilate. The bathrooms are small and could use more light. The layout of the house is good for several families. The sauna and the ski drying room on the ground floor were pleasant. The house is quite close to the valley stations of the Schmittenbahn and Maiskogel valley station (both about 5 minutes by car). Many shops are nearby. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, the house had not yet been cleaned. When we came back at 4 p.m., the cleaning man had left, the door was unlocked and the previous tenants' dirty laundry was piled up in the hallway, the floors hadn't been vacuumed or wiped, one bathroom and two toilets were very dirty. At 6 p.m., after our complaint, the caretaker came and made a makeshift cleaning of the floors. The trash cans in front of the house were still full from the previous tenants and weren't emptied until we left. Waste separation did not take place either. Overall, the house was a bit run down and could use some minor repairs / embellishments (replace missing mirrors and pictures, replace a couch, the outside table needs a table top,...) All in all the house was ok, but for the price we would have expected more.

Basically everything was OK. There are always improvements. Advantages: The apartment is large and offers enough space. Dishes are all sufficiently available. Disadvantages: The pictures in the description are old and should be renewed. There is no fireplace at this property. There is also no infrared carbine. Unfortunately, there is also no snow shovel or a broom or dustpan. But the biggest problem was that the garbage was not cleared. Although urgent attention should be paid to correct waste separation. The bins were already full when we came. Bottles haven't been thrown away in a while. And I'm not even talking about all the pizza boxes. And I prefer not to talk about the residual waste. An improvement would also be to provide only one washing machine and a dryer instead of two. But the location between the two ski areas is good, the bus stop is nearby.

We enjoyed our stay in the house very much. The equipment was impeccable and there was enough space for everyone. The house is being renovated piece by piece. Everything was fine for us. In general, the house is very noisy, it can possibly be difficult with small children who are supposed to sleep. And the playground is unfortunately completely broken and blocked. Our children thought it was a shame. But all in all it was a very nice stay and from Fürth you can get to all the sights very quickly.

Nice and big house. Very suitable for several families. We found the environment disappointing. It seems that there are too many people in the area so that the slopes are crowded. And the ski bus transport was a small drama ...

Accommodation is spacious and suitable for a large group / family. In addition, it is nice that the accommodation has a sauna. Location is not in a village / supermarket but these are accessible by car. Distance is just too far for a walk. Accommodation also has Wi-Fi access throughout the entire home, but its speed is very slow.

Accommodation is fine there were only three disadvantages. The apartment does not have a bath, which is nice during a ski holiday. And in the village, where the complex is located, there is nothing to do. You always have to travel by car. Finally you had to do it with a bath towel for a whole week.

Great location, very quiet. Everything is well within reach. Well, many Muslims in this region have the feeling that you are in Saudi Arabia than in Austria (this is not exaggerated)

Had a dream weekend with beautiful weather. In a magnificent dream setting on a large terrace where from morning to night the sun was we enjoyed the breakfast and the evening came the grill for use .The house was spacious and very gepflegt.Die owner are very friendly and helpful .In the area there are for all ages opportunities for leisure design

1 independent toilet- 2 shower rooms commonality two rooms with shower and WC so 10 or so people for two common shower is a bit too little- only summer curtains is sometimes annoying but the worst was the bedding was synthetic, pillows very light and no spare pillows and beds with slatted grilles never slept really well! What also really struck us was the large presence of Muslims in the region!

One week stay in early February went by much too fast. The house can be (almost) nothing to be desired. 6 bedrooms (one used as a nursery, as a small bed there), 3 bathrooms, drying room for ski boots, wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin and shower, large living / dining area and terrace offer space without end. Especially for groups (we were 11 adults and 2 children) are optimal. The fully equipped kitchen provides for all & quotKochereien "enough space / utensils and crockery. Yet there is a travel cot, a mobile bed rail, and a high chair are available for small kids! Simply brilliant, if one does not have to carry around. Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner are available for free. Thumbs up!

We (8 adults + 1 baby) had a great weekend in the house. Everyone had plenty of room and even a private bathroom. The area is wonderful for walking. Would immediately book the house.

We were accommodated with 9 people. Our expectations were exceeded. The cleanliness was fantastic. Great beds - in the kitchen had everything (even more .. egg cooker, 2 coffee makers, 2 refrigerators, casserole dishes, etc., etc.) available. We have also enjoyed the sauna to the fullest. We would book this home again at any time. The owners are very very friendly!

Beautiful house for nothing. Everything is spacious and nicely finished. A beautiful spacious kitchen where everything is. Just a pity that the room where the sauna is also has a shower but that this room can be closed with a door.

It was super quiet during our stay (end of October). The sauna is small but mighty! As the holiday village lies somewhat apart, it is quiet and good to equal loszuradeln / run!

Very comfortable and well maintained home with nice rooms and a good location between the Kaprun and Zell am See.

All recommend home. We were a group of 12 persons, including children of all ages. Super solution is a large kitchen with living room. In the evening hanging out together. Bedroom very pleasant. Home-dimensional and very warm. My only criticism is just a little bit of car parking spaces. We lacked a bit of places to hang towels in the bathrooms. It's great because you can instantly sauna, dry towels and bask in after a day on the slopes. Near the house opened the great baths - every day we were there (the kids were very happy). The house is situated between Kaprun and Zell am See. Getting anywhere cool. Once again, highly recommended!!

Great home in convenient location. Had a super week with good weather and good snow. Even on the terrace of the housing seated at the end of the day. Too bad there is no bath. And the kitchen is somewhat limited if you're equipped with 14 or so.

Great house with modern furnishings and great for multiple families. Especially nice was the sauna in the house. For sure we'll meet again. Colditz family and friends.

We were two families with four children and a grandfather and a grandmother and an uncle is a lovely house with lots of room and large balcony as the sun shines a bit then you can sit outside in the winter, you're a few kilometers from the areitbaan in Zell am See and slightly further from the Kitzsteinhorn (glacier) super nice and quiet house and a little off the road. We would book again this house so much fun is it 4 stars instead of 3 Greetings Patrick and Family

Great house with lots of room and sauna. By car you can easily reach Zell and Kaprun.Vervelend was that the owner severals (old) damage staircase and wall withheld. On our deposit It is not clear whether this annoying behavior is a ploy or economy.
