Welcome to your premium detached chalet, a stunning retreat for up to 14 guests, nestled at an altitude of 1600 m in Klippitztörl, near Bad St. Leonhard in the Lavanttal region of Carinthia. With a prime location just steps from the lifts of the Klippitztörl ski area, this chalet promises a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.
Inside, the spacious living room features a dining table and a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The chalet boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and their own televisions—two of which include additional loft beds. Additional amenities include a ski room, a carport for two cars, and a wellness room complete with a sauna and shower. Step outside to the terrace, where you can take in the breathtaking views over the Lavanttal.
The Klippitztörl ski area offers 28 kilometers of slopes and six lifts, catering to all skill levels. With skiing accessible directly from the chalet (conditions permitting), you can enjoy this hidden gem known for its friendly, family atmosphere. Explore additional winter activities like night skiing, tobogganing, and cross-country skiing.
Nearby, the historic town of Bad St. Leonhard provides various spas, shops, and cozy restaurants. Just a 30-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Klopeiner See, one of Austria’s most famous bathing lakes. For those seeking shopping and summer fun, the city of Wolfsberg is also nearby, featuring a stadium pool.
This chalet welcomes two pets (not allowed in bedrooms), ensuring your furry friends can join the adventure. A charging station is available for electric vehicles, with a modest cost of €0.40 per kWh.

A really wonderful chalet that leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are all spacious and each has its own bathroom. The equipment is very high quality. Organization was great, contact with the owner was very straightforward. But best of all are the two south-facing terraces with a view of the valley and mountain ridges opposite. Gladly again at any time!

Fantastic and modern accommodation with a magnificent view from the balcony
Clear and fast communication about location and arrival at the chalet from the owner. Very neat and modern chalet, beautiful view of the surroundings from the terrace. The house and kitchen are very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. All rooms are equipped with a lot of luxury (TV, modern bathrooms and a wonderful shower). Since you are already directly in the mountains, you can depart from the house on walking & cycling (summer). Small downside is the lack of a sofa in the seating area, now they are separate but comfortable seats (but perhaps not so necessary for larger groups). Curtains or blinds would also be nice in this room near the smaller windows. In any case, a very successful holiday, we are happy to come back!
