“Snow Space Flachau" has well-prepared, wide slopes and the most modern cable cars and lifts.
Directly from Flachau, you can take 3 lifts to the ski area on the Griessenkareck (1991m). Together with Maria Alm, Ramsau-Dachstein, Schladming, Bad Gastein and Radstadt, Flachau forms the "Ski amadé" with a total of 750 kilometres of slopes.
The large ski area is huge and varied and is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. By the way, the yearly World Cup downhill race takes place in January on the Hermann Maier World Cup slope, and is of course one of the highlights in Flachau.
