Welcome to the luxurious 150 m² Superior Chalet, a perfect retreat for up to 10 guests. This spacious chalet features five elegantly designed bedrooms and five bathrooms, including four en suite. Enjoy ultimate relaxation in the bathroom with a Bali steam shower and sauna, or unwind in the bath with shower and bathtub. Conveniently, there's a separate toilet and hairdryers are provided. The chalet’s highlights include a private sauna and a 27°C warm pool on the terrace, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the alpine ambiance.
With direct slope access and private wellness areas, you can also take advantage of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card (mid-May to early November) and dine at the kAlps Foodbar. The Schladming-Dachstein region offers a diverse range of activities year-round. In winter, explore family ski areas like Ski Fageralm and Ramsau, while summer invites you to scenic hikes, alpine lakes, and thrilling via ferratas. Join guided snowshoe hikes, alpaca walks, and more, with top events such as The Nightrace and Mid Europe enhancing your stay.
Each bedroom is fitted with comfortable box-spring double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bright, airy living area, complete with a cozy gas stove, offers stunning mountain views, enhancing your relaxation after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, featuring cutlery and cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster, kettle, and both a filter and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. A small starter set with essential supplies will be waiting for you upon arrival. The whole complex, especially our chalet, was fantastic! A private jacuzzi and a house with a small sauna. The apartment was superbly furnished, with a starter set of 3 dishwasher tablets, tea towels and various appliances. Two ovens with microwave function, toaster, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and a fridge-freezer combination. We didn't lack anything, really well equipped. Various games were also in the room, a really cool thing!
Quiet location and modern accommodation with private outdoor hot tub,
The location was fantastic and very convenient to the slopes, With our large group there was more than enough space for everyone to retreat as well,
The whirlpool on the balcony was fantastic, and a sauna in an apartment for 4 people - just great! The beautiful complex fulfilled all wishes, and the slope led directly to the hotel despite there being little snow. An absolute dream!

A wonderful and peaceful place, even though our house was part of a complex with four apartments, we did not feel the presence of other guests, the sound insulation was perfect, the beds were comfortable,

Great location, sauna and swimming pool
Excellent location and perfect accommodation with private sauna and swimming pool, I recommend it in winter, and especially in summer when with the Schladming card you can use various attractions and lifts for free, including the one on Dachstein,
A luxury chalet for 10 people, fantastic pool, super comfortable, and well-equipped kitchen, We absolutely love this place, it's our second stay (first in winter, now in summer) and we can't wait to return, The Schladming area offers plenty of activities all year round perfect for family and friends,
