Numerous hikes can be undertaken from here, and afterwards the "Luzia Lacke Nature Reserve" bathing lake offers a refreshing dip. In winter, you can easily reach the first-class ski areas "Kaprun - Zell am See" and "Neukirchen am Wildkogel" by ski bus. The entrance to the Pinzgauer Tauernloipe is also in the immediate vicinity.
The two-storey house is comfortably and cosily furnished.
