Nice house. Good reception by the landlord. Good location to visit various places. Kaprun can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.

A beautiful and very tastefully furnished apartment with very good equipment in kitchen appliances, landlord and manager are very accommodating. Downer: We are CD fans, but the CD player only worked with a lot of dropouts. Urgently in need of improvement: the stairwell lighting: the burning time is far too short, some of the tip switches are not illuminated: danger of falling in the dark.

Beautiful accommodation, the area was very nice. Friendly landlord.

Very good accommodation, nice large balcony with Sietzecke and beach chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Environment very nice. Kaprun, Zell am See, Mitttersill can be reached within 10-12 km. Quiet location.

I was a little shocked by the decor. Initially, the house made a somewhat dark and messy impression. Two large plants that add nothing to the atmosphere for me and actually just stand in the way. In addition; do I have to take care of plants during my vacation ??! The lady who received us was very hurried and made the impression that she would only come to collect tourist tax and fill in forms. I would like a quieter reception with a clear explanation about the e.e.a.

The arrival was very well arranged - the handover of the apartment key was simply regulated. The apartment was absolutely great - rarely had such a nice apartment. The environment was great for us - short distances to the highlights we selected.

As a longtime visitor of the place I can absolutely recommend the apartment. Quiet, perfectly equipped, of course very clean, spacious, great size terrace with chairs and table and fantastic view! In the apartment we lacked nothing we felt like home only in a dreamlike holiday - environment) 5 stars and highly recommended! Many Thanks again for the great time!

Niedernsill is a lovely quiet village in a valley where (also) in the summer a lot to experience. A perfect base for trips. A beautiful and clean swimming lake, where it is wonderful to stay - free to visit with the maps that you get at the cottage for all guests. It is a spacious apartment, in a residential building fully equipped, with a good sofa, a washing machine and well-equipped kitchen. A huge balcony, where garden furniture for four people would not be out of place (now space for three). Delicious eaten at Kehlbackwirt, recommended!

Problems. Very nice apartment. Fantastically beautiful. Ideal for hikers and cyclists.

We really enjoyed our holiday. Partly due to the very well and nicely furnished apartment. It was beautiful and also fully equipped. Highly recommended!

It is an excellent accommodation where we could stay with our two teenagers. The apartment is about 15 minutes from Kaprun and Zell am See so you can quickly get on the slopes.
