Very nice apartment. Big enough for four people with two full bedrooms. 6 people are fine, but then the space is rather limited. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Kaprun or to the lift.

A lovely house. Especially for casual people. No thresholds anywhere handles such as in the toilet and shower .. small open kitchen but really everything is there. A minus when we had picked up the key, we got a bag with bedding. The view from the terrace is phenomenal. Anneke and Bep.

A beautiful apartment where we have been coming for many years. Spacious, comfortable, clean and well finished, it is located in the center of Kaprun. It takes some getting used to setting the underfloor heating, but that is clearly indicated on the switches ... There is even a parking garage under the building, but you can also easily park in front of and next to the apartment. A nice apartment in a small complex.

The reception was as friendly and smooth as always. The accommodation is neat and everything that needs to be there is also present. The area is beautiful, the apartment is centrally located. We have been here for many years so that says enough.

Unfortunately, we were in a renovation of the house and demolition works of the neighbors so only noise, dust and stench from 7 am to 7 pm. And that in high season. we also got the idea that we were in Dubai, a lot of burqa.Total not suitable for eclectic wheelchairs!

Our arrival was very delayed due to bad weather and many traffic jams ... So we arrived at 21.00! It is already dark there and we did not know where to go, mrs. did not mind that we were late, but did not bother to drive us o.i.d, we did not drink after a trip of 16 hours! (very impersonal) The accommodation is good and the location excellent!

my experience as a wheelchair user. the underground garage is clean and very easy to get out of the wheelchair, a minus if you want to go further there is a step of a 10 min cm but can be solved with the sloping slope that can be found in the basement of apartment 1. spacious lift also in the common hall there is a difference in color of the stairs and the floor for the visually impaired a plus point. the apartment has a spacious hall easy movement with the wheelchair also there is no difference in level between the room itself half a cm very positive. We were very kindly received when we went to get the key and got a good explanation. The house is very nice and super clean. What we find very awkward is that you have to hand over the key and the bed linen at the owner's house in Piesendorf. We left at 3 o'clock in the night and had to pick up the beds in the middle of the night.Why not just leave the bedding in the apartment, and the key in the mailbox.The apartment was fine.Beautiful clean and modern.Adequate kitchenware. The bed in the living room sleeps wonderful.Mooie terrace with lovely sun in the afternoon.On walking distance from the ski bus to Zell or the Kitzsteinhorn.De wifi code was not worked.The floor heating in the main bedroom seemed to be constantly on. It was pretty warm there and we are very satisfied about the whole price / quality ratio absolutely ok!

It was a bit of a shame that we could only get the key after four o'clock, the key address only picked up the phone at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We got our bed there and had to make our own beds. The apartment was excellent with even a parking basement, the car we have not used the whole week because we have always traveled by bus, includes the ski pass. Bus stop was at the door. And the beginners piste was 100 meters walk. Beautiful location

It was clean and looked after.

We had to pick up the key before we could get to the apartment. The reception there was quite chaotic we found. Ask yourself for a guest card (you get a discount on sights). We also got a bag with t bedding for t apartment and that we encountered because we are accustomed to always in Austria Beds are already made up on arrival. After a long day with many files and if you pay cleaning costs, we expect that at least the beds are made up and that you will not have to do it yourself. After all, you expect everything to be done Pick it up yourself and bring it to the key owner. You would have also found a better deal if this key owner went with us to the apartment (but that's our opinion)

We were well received by the administrator. They told us right where we could find a few good restaurants. She even for us gereserveerd.De location is quiet, yet close to all amenities.

Excellent. Getting the keys and linen was easy, on the route in to Kaprun. The apartment is easily located on the ground floor of the building within easy walking distance of the town and Lechnerberg beginner ski area. The property was great for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with a kitchen suitable for breakfasts and we ate out the other times (great restaurants throughout Kaprun.) The buses are fantastic and run regularly to the Glacier, Maiskogel and Zell and See. The heating in the apartment is sensitive and has great under floor heating, but takes a bit of fiddling to get the temperatures just right -) All in all, a great apartment in a beautiful town.

Very friendly welcome by the lady where the key must worden.Ze picked up is very helpful in finding stores that are still open and the next day are open (ie We arrived on Christmas Eve). She went searching on the internet and shops and the bakery even call.

The holiday was great. Everything so close, well located with good views and all amenities.

Christmas week 2014, two adults with three children (18, 16 and 14) compartment for 5 fine for tall people, comfortable apartment, well get hot while ventilate nice, easy to keep clean. Wifi unfortunately get nonfunctional or only for 30 seconds, with access to car parking unclear and impossible. Payment security deposit and cleaning hard to arrange with busy caretaker.

Had a great week with reasonable weather. Holiday villa was very nice, shame there was no oven everything else present.

Many cycling and walking (including the Maiskogelbahn on) Further excursions to Krimml waterfalls, Grossglockner Hochalpstrasse and through three cable cars on the Kitzsteinhorn, where we stood in the snow at 1 degree Celsius.

Location is ideal, ski bus stops in front of the door, right in the center but still a nuisance. Decor is very complete and spacious inside. Beds are well on the soft side in the bedrooms. We would like to book again and recommend.

We enjoyed our holiday in Kaprun. The apartment is fully met our expectations. We were with our adolescent sons a week in Kaprun. We went swimming in Zell am See, lovely pool and lovely lake. We admired the glacier and even sledges used ... also enjoyed the lovely surroundings. Internet at home functioned fine. The terrace with beautiful views of the mountains we have good use. There is plenty to do in the area. Repeating.

It was the second Time that we have booked the house. It has a perfect location and is very well equipped.

Location of the apartment is good. Was a well-kept apartment had only one bedroom may be bigger, but yeah there you basically just to sleep and it's only for a week. We had app. down so nicely with tuin.De manager I did not personally so involved. I did not feel welcome when I came to pick up the key. Also have a complaint reported that nothing has been done. 've Also passed on to the tour operator as I possibly not. wanted to pay costs.

We, family with two teenagers had a great holiday in the ski resort Kaprun-Zell am See. The apartment was excellent. Well equipped with all necessary amenities, free wifi which the kids after a day skiing really could appreciate, very clean and quiet. The ski area, despite the spring, had no crowds at the elevators for all levels and tastes we have. Definitely a aanrader.Klein downside, the operator was a bit of a buzzy type.

The apartment is nicely situated near the center of Kaprun. Everything you need in the apartment er.De ski is also nearby. Winter is Lechnerberg (beginner slopes) within walking distance. less than 5 minutes. Do you want the bus to a different track than the walking distance is also about 5 minutes.

A beautiful house with stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The apartment looks neat. The free wifi is a nice touch (especially with modern children). We are well known in the near Kaprun, but had not yet made use of this property. With its central location in the village, an excellent stay without the hassle of crowds.

The first two weeks of June 2010 we spent in this apartment. It is a very nice, well maintained and well equipped appartement.Alles was very clean, the view geweldig.Wij have it lucky with the weather, but when the weather is absolutely no problem to stay here. We have spent a week in this clean, modern house which is fully equipped with heating and separate termostaten in every room. Great in winter! The location is also excellent, we have our great time in Kaprun!

A clean, modern well-maintained house in perfect loation with fabulous views. We had a wonderful holiday in Kaprun - there's so much to do for the family. Would have liked a washing machine/drier and an oven. We would definitely think of returning there.

A beautiful apartment of an above average level (with garage). Our view was gorgeous, we looked at the Kitzsteinhorn aan.Het and is close to the center so everything is closed voorhanden.We have a great time and enjoyed our considered definitely come back to come.
