Arrival at the property went very smoothly and we were very happy with the accommodation. It's a convenient location for a number of ski areas. The local ski shop did an excellent job of servicing our skis. The village has a bank, supermarket and a pub. It is served by regular ski buses.

The hotel met our expectations. Kind hosts. Rooms clean and consistent with the description.

We were warmly welcomed on Christmas Eve. It was nice and warm. For each child there was a cuddle in bed and a bag of sweets. There were put down cozy candles and Christmas lights. A large basket of wood for the stove was ready for use! The accommodation was very clean, everything we needed there. The kettle caused a power failure the next day there was a new kettle. We have great skiing in beautiful surroundings. It is a pity at home again!

Spacious apartment on the first floor with welcoming people who live down himself. Apartment is super clean and everything you need is available. Large kitchen, a little dated in terms of appearance, but with all necessities including dishwasher, large oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer on the corridor. Balcony, breakfast in the sun, allowed to use part of the garden with barbecue possibility, the garden is not the sun. Owners very helpful in everything. Minimarket in the village, natural swimming pool within walking distance. Only downside is timber processing directly behind the house, so there is always hear a fan but has not generated a problem for us. Environment is beautiful, lots to do, hiking, biking, horseback riding. Large supermarket 15 km away. For winter a great base for skiing in Flachau or Dachstein West, or a combination of the two.

Wonderful week in this cozy and comfortable apartment. 10 minutes drive from the ski lift, but because there is plenty of parking and you can store skis to do absolutely fine in a locker.

For us as a family a great location! Beautiful rugged nature! Lammer Neubach lots. Little tourism! Fine house with plenty of space and possibilities. Host and hostess very friendly and helpful! Two weeks gorgeous weather (27 degrees +) and free to waldbad within walking distance. Or have a super holiday in ages!

We have been in this house a great 1 week holiday over New Year. The owners are very nice and give very happy to answer questions to jedwelchen. The apartment is furnished with everything you need for self catering. Here you can be happy again go on vacation.
