Description

Right by the lift to the Kreischberg ski area lies this spacious and luxurious penthouse. You can reach the centre with shops and restaurants on foot. It is tastefully decorated, has a wood-burning stove and is located on the second floor. There is a huge balcony and terrace with sauna from where you can enjoy stunning views. There is a beautiful open kitchen with cooking island. There are 2 parking spaces and the local train stops near the penthouse
Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for active travelers. Experience peace and quiet here too, as this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy the pure Austrian geniality and numerous traditions. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and it is full of breathtaking views.

In winter, a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts is at your feet. The Funpark belongs to the absolute world top! Big competitions are organised here every year. There are plenty of opportunities for cross-country skiers and winter hikers. Feel like tobogganing? That is also possible here!

In summer, a visit to the pretty medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. You will find many nice shops and cosy terraces here. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the River Mur Cycling Trail here. This is a famous cycle path along the River Mur right through the region

What a great house. You are not short of anything. Luxurious, everything is there. Neat, fashionable. Lovely sauna, where you look out to the mountains. Beautiful large terrace. Inside all beautiful. We enjoyed 2 weeks.

Perhaps the best accommodation in Kreischberg, gigantic spaces, a kitchen that meets all needs, a ski slope 400 meters away, cleanliness at a high level, quality equipment, and the panorama! The negative is that there is no bedside lamp next to any bed, we asked, but the owner rejected our request, this is a very, very unusual attitude. You can go to the toilet at night either on all fours, or with a flashlight, or by turning on the spotlight on the ceiling to wake up your bedmate. Reading in bed at night? Savings on toilet paper, hand washing soap, KV coffee capsules, no seating in the ski storage, incomprehensible at this price level...

Lovely spacious apartment. Beds are really comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, some nice touches around the apartment like blankets for the outdoor seating or a welcome bottle of wine. Sauna was superb. Short walk to the bottom station of the lift, restaurant just beside the house.

Super great accommodation. Great facilities. Beautiful location, hiking directly on site possible, the town of Murau is only 8 km away. All in all, we had a great time.

Very complete, luxurious and spacious Penthouse in a central location in the village. Kitchen was generously equipped and the house had a lovely covered roof terrace.
