Chalet Almrausch

Overall we loved the house, it has a spacious kitchen, with a great dining area. The living is open so the whole group could easily interact with the people at the table or in the kitchen.  The bedrooms are great and the bathrooms seemed brand new. We especially loved the showers with good shower heads after a long day skiing. The beds were very comfortable and everyone of us slept very well! We were with a group of six so we did not use the room with the two bunk beds, I could imagine this room might be a bit crowded with 4 people and their stuff. The storage in the basement for skies, shoes and other equipment was great and we used the sauna almost everyday. The sauna warms up very quickly. The shower in de basement next to the sauna did not drain properly but we think this was due to a leakage that we were informed of before our arrival.  We also loved that we could use the washing machine and dryer, so we used much less clothing than we brought with us. The parking by the house is very clearly indicated and everybody only used their designated parking places. Because we only used two of three places our neighbors very considerately asked if they could use our third spot, which was no problem.

A beautiful, comfortable house in a very good, quiet location. Top electrical appliances and very nice sauna. Balcony and terrace very nice and sunny.

We felt very comfortable. It was very easy to get to the flat on the day of arrival by sending the code. The flat is very well equipped. Everything was clean and we also had a nice stay.

Great house equipped with all amenities. Very clean and great to enjoy the sun on the terrace and balcony. The Zillertal Arena is a beautiful ski area.

Excellent stay with our whole family. Was very nice that the house was ready early and we could already move in. Fine beds, well-equipped kitchen.

A nice and beautiful house. Plenty of space, neat and clean and comfortable. Close to the ski bus and near amenities. Disadvantages include no sunlight shining into the house/on the balcony in January (is a mountain in front) and no mattress in the cot. We made the cot softer from a blanket that was left over. But it was actually not comfortable for our daughter. So tip to the owner to add a mattress to the cot and provide sheets. A little more towels would be nice. Now 1 set per person, when using sauna you come up short.

We had written an email on the first day because there were a few shortcomings (mainly related to cleanliness), whereupon we got the missing towels quickly but otherwise unfortunately no further comments were made. The packaging of an OB was under the toilet, the dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid which we had bought, as well as descaling agent because it had already clogged up the kettle, hairs from the previous smears in the pillows, children's trousers that didn't belong to us were found - and a sock was still under the bed, the cutlery was somehow greasy, as were the glasses with fingerprints...

What a beautiful new and spacious house. The kitchen is very well equipped and has very much cupboard space. The living room is tastefully decorated in alpine style. The children's room has nice details especially for the children and for the adults the sauna is very relaxing. You can charge your electric car in front of the house, very convenient. Within walking distance is the supermarket with a super nice shortcut through the meadows and along the babbling brook. In the area is much to do with and without children. The Krimml waterfall at 5 minutes and for children the slides route in Neukirchen (5minutes) and the Jodel wanderweg in Königsleiten (15 minutes).
