Apartment Bergresort Tauernblick 1

This new location is generally tastefully designed. In the basement there is an underground car park that offers easy access in any weather. The same goes for the elevators to the various floors. The staff are friendly and easy to reach before and during our stay. Unfortunately we had NO WiFi, despite promises. The signal peaked at one bar in places, but mostly there was no WiFi. In my opinion, this is an ABSOLUTE NO GO for a new location these days. So I am disappointed! I reported this information to reception on the very first day. It didn't change anything. Even a request for a technician to take a look at it was unsuccessful. The heating in the rooms (floor) works so well that it is very warm in the rooms. Too warm. We turned the heating off at the control, but it still remained extremely warm. Then we opened the windows very often. There was no other way. We noted this on site too. The two doors from the stairwell into the vestibule (access to two apartments) and then to the room are so close together that we could hardly get through with our luggage. The vestibule is so small that the door only opens straight. The doors cannot be locked. This is probably for fire safety reasons. We wanted to use the dishwasher on the last evening. Unfortunately, it broke down. It made a signal all night. It couldn't be turned off. The reset didn't work either. It was almost impossible to sleep. I hope someone will get in touch with me. On site, my information was accepted without further enquiries. That's all.

What an incredible new resort! The facilities are top-of-the-line and the location is perfect, You'll only need about 7 minutes to get to Mittersill and 20 minutes to get to Kitzbühel, There's even a bus stop right at the resort, The staff is so welcoming and friendly,

We are still amazed by the breathtaking view, the luxurious and spacious apartment, the impeccable cleanliness of the entire complex, and the genuinely friendly and helpful reception team, We reached the lift within just a minute's drive, and the ski area was absolutely fantastic - we couldn't have been happier with our stay, Thank you so much, and we can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful experience! The reception team was extremely friendly, The apartment was large and elegantly furnished, The view was absolutely amazing!
