UG: The sauna door doesn't close properly, which is really a shame. On the first day, the sauna had not exceeded 60 °C. It is very humid in the room and there is an unpleasant odor. No decent bathroom available. The shower is in very bad condition. So neither of us had used the bathroom. The table tennis room is still ok. Unfortunately a little cramped there. EC: there are no reasonable mirrors in the whole house. There is no storage space in the bathrooms, and there are many little things that would make the holiday perfect. The heating only works as it pleases. So towards evening it was always cool in the whole house. 1st floor Again no reasonable mirrors available, also cool in the rooms. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was the highlight. 2ND FLOOR. Internet connection very bad upstairs, otherwise it was ok.

First of all: Very nice house, we had a great stay. What we didn't like so much: - The information on the equipment would have to be revised. Unfortunately for our children there was only a TV in the living room (not in two bedrooms, as stated). There is no shower in the basement (very bad if you use the sauna. You have to go up 2 half floors) Which we liked : - Great garden at ground level - very well equipped kitchen - additional fridge / freezer in the basement - table tennis table in the basement - quiet location - super nice, helpful manager (perfect contact via WhatsApp). We were 4 adults and 5 children. There was enough space for everyone and we didn't have to use the two bedrooms in the basement. Perhaps you should consider doing without one and instead installing a shower and relaxation room. The rooms are appropriately furnished, you shouldn't expect too much here. The bathrooms / toilets on the ground floor and first floor are newly renovated.

Accommodation was spacious. The decor was somewhat old-fashioned and dingy.

The arrival was very easy and uncomplicated organized by the landlord. The accommodation was very suitable for our purposes as a group of young adults as we were out of the house most of the day and the house was equipped with all the basic things. The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car and the house is quiet and very rural. Nevertheless, it is possible to reach many hiking areas and holiday destinations quickly from there by car in summer. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not quite as expected, but you could overlook it well because everything else went very well.

Addressed had us the size of the house with its many beds and bathrooms. The plan we had a holiday with 11 adults, of which 2 persons were unfortunately unable to ride the short term. We were with 7 people for a skiing trip in the house Josien. The house is very spacious. Also suitable for many more people. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very large dining table. The location of the house is ideal to go to many ski resorts of Ski Amade. Property manager on site is very good.

We spent a very nice holiday in a cottage Josien! The house is very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and fully equipped. The contact person on site is a simple, flexible and very friendly. The place is small and very quiet, but a small kiosk located in the immediate vicinity. Further shopping can be reached by car in 5-7 minutes. The large ski area in St. Johann / Alpine village is about 12km away and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. It also runs morning and afternoon, the hour and a ski bus. Overall, one can, this spacious cottage for everyone, without hesitation recommend it.

Outside the excellent weather we have had that week, it was extremely good chalet. We really enjoyed the space of the room. The sauna was nice and the trampoline could not fail. We stayed with 4 families in haus Josien, the house is very suitable for: 4 bathrooms, ample bedrooms, ample kitchen utensils, a large table so we z "n all could eat together and a cozy living room with fireplace. Sauna and washing machine were free to gebruiken.Enkel is the house or a drive (15 min) from the ski Salzburg and there Goldegg itself not much to do.

We gan every year with 4 couples and 4 kids on vacation. The house was great but very far from the main ski area and some socializing. There is plenty of room for everyone in the house so you do not get in each other's way. Unfortunately there was a family to us who have been ill and apparently there was not cleaned well enough, because everyone has two or more days bothered by stomach flu! that was quite a disappointment. The ski area which is most close to be really reached by car or ski bus and small. For the advanced skier is not very interesting. The large ski area is far! really 20 min by car! We had last year, two kids who are still in the car, but a lot of walking this was not really around the corner. Overall a lovely home with all the trimmings only had it for us closer have done the slopes!
