Our apartments can be rented all year round. Sun terrace in the countryside, close to the forest, Reith near Kitzbühel, best design, Our apartment house is located near the edge of a forest, in the middle of a beautiful landscape. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser

Apartment 3 is 55 m² in size and suitable for 4 people. It has a beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and a pull-out double sofa bed can accommodate a total of 4 people.
Tenants have free use of the apartment terrace and terrace furniture. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbühel Horn.
There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer available.

PARKING: the parking place for this apartment is opposite the house (see house rules)

In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee seaside resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants ( 1.5km).
Because of its favorable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small town of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognized neighbor to the city of Kitzbühel and a popular place for those guests who are looking for peace and relaxation

The location was great. Were right on the slopes. Unfortunately there was no cutlery in the house. I asked for this. Never got it. Also sent a message, no response. The cobwebs were hanging in the lamps. It took fifteen minutes for the shower to get warm. For 1 week you got 2 towels per person. 3 would have been better. The worst thing I found was the cutlery. Luckily all Dutch people in the house. I asked.
Clean, comfortable, and well-located, The nearby hiking trails and the charming village of Reith added to the experience, While it was a bit remote, it was worth it for the tranquility, No complaints about our stay, and we enjoyed exploring the local restaurants
We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals, Plus, the proximity to Kitzbühel and the ski lifts made it a perfect base for our winter activities, The sauna was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes, Will definitely return!
We had a wonderful family vacation here, The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home, The location was great for both skiing and exploring Kitzbühel, The nearby riding stable was a nice touch for our kids, Overall, a very pleasant experience
