Holiday home for 18 people in Ramsau in the Zillertal

Holiday home MOIKLERHOF is located in a sunny location in Ramsau im Zillertal in the district of Bichl, 3.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen and 1.5 km from the centre of Ramsau. There are restaurants and shops in the centre of Ramsau. The distances to all public amenities are 4.5 km to the Penken mountain railway, 1.5 km to the Horberg mountain railway and 1 km to the supermarket. Restaurants approx. 200 m. Bread delivery service possible. In summer, you get free admission to the outdoor swimming pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen.
5000 m² of land with garden furniture and children's play equipment are at your disposal. A large common room with a new modern kitchen as well as play area and a collection of games are also available. The house has 2 balconies. Parking on the property is free. The farm is operational (dairy farming/poultry) and is about 50 m from the holiday home. Products can be bought on the farm. The house was completely renovated in spring 2021. There are five rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor, each with a shower and WC, satellite TV, free WiFi and a balcony.
There is also an infrared cabin for 2 people in the new wellness room.
A ski boot dryer is also available.
The owner and his family live on the 1st floor of the house (same staircase) and the owner's parents live on the ground floor. The owner and his parents' flats are separate.

9-room part of the house divided over 3 floors measuring approx. 350 m².
Ground floor: separate entrance in hall. Large lounge (approx. 90 m²) with dining area (corner benches, chairs), comfortable couch, satellite TV and children's play area, kitchen separated by a cooking island (4 ceramic hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezer combinations, large filter coffee machine, kettle , toaster, slicer), with access to the pantry. 2x WC/sink.
1st floor: 2 double rooms, each with shower/WC. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, single bed and shower/WC. Single room with shower/WC.
2nd floor (slanted roof in some areas): 2 double rooms, each with shower/WC. Bedroom with double bed, single bed and shower/WC.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, free WiFi and hairdryer. Balcony access from all bedrooms.

Great holiday home with great facilities and nice landlords.

The accommodation is very nice. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. Very large lounge for evenings together and meals. We were all thrilled and would definitely book the accommodation again without any restrictions. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

Our family (8 adults, 3 children) was once again able to spend a wonderful holiday at the Moiklerhof. Thank you very much, dear Steiner family! We felt “very comfortable” with you! The holiday home was furnished by host Verena with great attention to detail. Each room has its own, modern bathroom - pure luxury in a holiday home!! The kitchen is also well equipped, even a bread slicer, several casserole dishes and thermos flasks are available. A highlight (not only for our children) was always getting milk from host Markus in the evening, right across the street in the barn, which is sooooo clean that not only the cows and calves feel comfortable there :-). The huge garden is also an absolute dream: a lush green meadow with apple and pear trees and plenty of space to play (table tennis -> table and rackets are available; the trampoline was a real highlight for our children). And of course plenty of pasture space for the cows. The area around the Moiklerhof also offers many opportunities for the whole family in summer: hiking (there is always an idyllic waterfall nearby!); Mountain biking (rental is not far away; bicycles you have brought with you can be stored in a lockable place, also with a charging option for e-bikes); summer tobogganing; take one of the many mountain railways to one of the numerous mountain lakes and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Zillertal mountain landscape. Also worth mentioning is the Zillertalbahn train station, which is just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you again, dear Steiner family! You were (are) so wonderfully relaxed. A mega house for groups consisting mainly of couples or small families. Equipment, location, quality, kitchen, lounge, the entire house is even nicer than described. The landlords in the middle don't bother at all (and don't let themselves be disturbed either ;-)). The rooms are spacious and modern, the bathrooms are super classy, everything is very homely. The kitchen is great for cooking more than just pasta. The fridges are definitely not too tight. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. You get excited; any time!

The hostess was very friendly and extremely helpful. The house itself has everything you could wish for a pleasant holiday. Everything was clean and cared for. The infrared cabin was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. All areas are very modern, the house has recently been renovated. I recommend this holiday home to everyone! We really liked it. Everything is completely new and tastefully renovated. Every room with its own bathroom and TV cannot be taken for granted. The large common room with a well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The nice landlords are always approachable, have a solution for everything and lots of tips for your stay. It's just soooo beautiful and you feel very comfortable in the Moiklerhof. Everything will be taken care of. The Steiner family is very helpful and gives lots of tips for a relaxing, unforgettable holiday in Bichl/Mayrhofen/Ramsau im Zillertal. Equipment in the house is excellent, nothing is missing.
