The apartment was really beautiful. The landlady is also super friendly. We'd love to come back! The region around the Zillertal is really great for families.

Niet al te ver van de liften van Kaltenbach (op normale schoenen, op ski schoenen is het echt op de grens van wat leuk is..), maar wel echt buiten het dorp ligt deze accommodatie. De slaapkamers zijn prima, negen bedden, drie badkamers ipv twee. De woonkamer is wel echt klein, met acht volwassenen wil je geen slecht weer... De buitenkant is gewoon een oude schuur, binnen is het gewoon netjes.

The apartment is elongated you come through the front door into a hallway with the right one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are 2 bathrooms. On the left side of the hallway are three bedrooms, all with TV. At the end of the hallway you enter the kitchen with all modern conveniences, but on the tight side for a large group. All in all a good home, but I missed a bit cozy with a real living. The location is ideal, close to the elevator and the apres ski. Snow chains are recommended when there is snow, because the last stretch to the house is really steep!

House Kroll is a great place for a group. We stayed at the eight-person apartment. The kitchen is very cozy, it's on the small side, but that does not disturb us. Good beds, three bathrooms, near ski lift, friendly owner!

Kroll was a pleasant stay near the elevator of Kaltenbach eggs, only 5 minutes by car. For children just too far to walk with ski boots. The cottage is located behind the house of the owner who cq.boerderij nice fresh bread every morning at the door hung. The living room is small but with small children to do well. Really a cottage in the countryside.

For 8 adults, the sofa in the living room too small, but you can have dinner in the living / dining kitchen.
