The open-plan kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven (with optional microwave), refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Essential amenities such as a toaster, kettle, and filter coffee machine are also provided. Upon arrival, you'll find a starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and a tea towel to make your stay hassle-free. The house is basically in a nice location and well equipped. Only at the pool there was reason for complaints. Although we knew in advance that the pool would not reach the right temperature, the quality of the water was terrible. All of our fellow travelers had skin rashes after this week due to excessive chlorine levels
we really love your houses, we have been coming here for years. the evening jacuzzi is one of our favorites. we were able to spend four nights here this year, two of which we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. we signaled this to your man, but nothing happened. it is very sad and unworthy of you

The chalet was very clean but very noisy.
Just booked a cottage for 12 people with an extra large jacuzzi. Then I arrive at the park to get the key and I was told nothing that the jacuzzi does not work (what they did know). Moments later it appears that the jacuzzi is not working. I then went back to the park and only then told me that we could use the neighbors' (for 5 people). 2 days later I receive a phone call saying that the water from the neighbors' jacuzzi is very green, which is not the case, but a 72-euro deposit will be charged. . In short, a very bad society!
Very customer-friendly reception, beautiful house! Enjoyed swimming pool and sauna. Only WiFi on the first floor was bad.

Very nice house. Equipment could be expanded on the Internet. In most chalets there is a charcoal grill as well as a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and much more. The towel package could be extended a bit. Everything in a very nice house and will gladly come again.
The accommodation # 8 was great, overlooking the mountains and the steam locomotive.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The house is very warm. The ski lift can be reached quickly by car in 5 minutes.
