This large, modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 12 people is located in an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.

The apartment also has 2 balconies and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (against payment) and bicycles (against payment). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.

The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.

In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
